I came into this dealership needing service done on my 2017 challenger for multiple reasons. I had been once before to install a decorative pedal cover that needed to be replaced, and they got it done. The second time I came in, I talked to the Service Advisor, Chris Munoz, about a whining noise I had. Turns out I needed a new differential, and they got it replaced under warranty in a week. The other issue I had was my screen delaminated, causing it to ghost touch everything to where I could not use anything tech related on my car (radio, navigation, climate control, etc.). The part to replace was going to be around 2 grand, and I bought the car used with the screen delaminated a little, but it still worked perfectly. Chris told me to contact corporate and Uconnect, who makes the screens, and see if I could get a special case started in order to replace it for free (the screen delamination problem is throughout the Mopar lineup and is so bad, but there is no factory recall as of yet). He also gave me his personal contact info to make sure he could answer any more questions I had (which I definitely ended up using). I ended up getting the case started, and as of now I am just waiting for the part to come in, so I can get it replaced, for FREE! Chris helped me so much throughout this entire ordeal, from diagnosing multiple issues to suggesting me go up the ladder and contact DodgeCares, to keeping me from being out over 3 grand on a three year old car with less than 40,000 miles. I cannot thank him enough, and Lithia Dodge has definitely earned my future business and respect.

My Fiat 500 air conditioner stopped working. Northside Imports was on the warranty approved list, so I took it there. On the first visit, they said they could not find a leak or any other problem. So, they charged for the inspection and filling with refrigerant. This was not covered by the warranty. After a short time, the air conditioner stopped working again. This time they found a leak in the system they did not test on the first visit. This was covered by the warranty, but they only removed the deductible because I complained about the first visit charges. After another short time, the air conditioner stopped working again. I took it in for repair, and they said another part of the system was leaking, therefore it was not covered under their warranty. Also, during this time, the car warranty had expired, so I had to pay the full charges of $948. They did give me a coupon for $100 off though. Camron, the service representative was fine, but I cannot recommend their repair department at all.

This place is not professional at all, my son has taken the car several times with them and each time they leave a bad job, they painted the car and less than a year and the paint fell off, I took him to see the problem and the manager He said they couldn't do anything, they took a lot of money from the insurance company so they could put a painting on it that didn't work, they just want the insurance money !!!!

Tire sensor problem took two months of two and three times a week repair before it was fixed They dented front passenger side finder and claimed it wasn't their fault.
They do sloppy half way repair. Most of their employees are gone.

I bought from Ancira because I thought they would take care of me and I didn't mind paying extra. I was so wrong!!
They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems.
My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration?
I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.
