Love doing business here. Salespeople are straightforward with none of the expected slime techniques I've repeatedly found at other dealers. Service is very good; more than once I've brought my car in that other Mazda dealers have failed to repair and their repair crew nails the problem and fixes it. Services prices are reasonable and their techs are straightforward. Prices are pretty competitive for new cars; do your comparison shopping and walk in as an informed consumer and you'll do fine here.

Great job doing my vehicle 1st review, got a video with all the items inspected. They alos fixed some rubber joint and claimed the manufacturer warranty. Only extra mile they could do to reach perfection, others wash the car when doing the same service.

Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.

We purchased a Lincoln Navigator from Car Max, after my wife was in a collision that totaled our Lincoln Aviator. Being elderly, we did not know what the sound of the engine. Our son told us to call Car Max as we live 205 miles from the dealership and see if could be repaired at our Lincoln dealer. They replied yes. Coy Terrill told us it was the CAM PHASERS. Coy Terrill was always in contact with the selling dealer. He even got a rental car for us. The car was finished on a Monday, and was paid the same day!

Depended on them for years. Purchased FOUR vehicles for my family and Always had good service. Stopped by today and was informed that they were no longer a Mazda dealer - didn't want to mess with any of my cars any more. Their suggestion was to drive 126 miles to San Antonio - "maybe they can help you". UNACCEPTABLE. You cannot treat customers like this and stay in business.

Mazda Service - EMG

I own a 2008 Miata MX5. I try to keep the servicing up to date. I had to find a better place after several bad experiences with the Hiley dealerships (crappy customer service, promises made and not kept). The last straw was that my car was in for 6 days. They said they were waiting on a part - understandable. On day 6, I dropped by (because nobody answered the phone) to find that the part never got ordered. Enough! My brother told me about this place. An entirely different experience! Fix took 2 days, at about the same price as the dealership quoted. Customer service was great and the place isn't on the edge of town! Don't travel farther for bad service. Use these guys. Hiley doesn't deserve your business.
