Excellent customer service. We were traveling on a Sunday and had an issue where we had to leave our vehicle and continue to our hometown. They coordinated with a sister dealership and got us taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Lawrence Hall.

Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.

It was pretty easy getting my 2014 Mazda6 in for. 50,000 mile check up. It took at least 4 hours for changing inside car filter, the brake pads on rear tires , oil change. Service desk guy was good at explaining time frame Etc. The women who checked us was about to head out . Even though we told her we could go to another service desk, she checked us out. Next time I’ll make an earlier appointment. They gave me an offer on my car, but they don’t have any small hybrid cars which is what I want to buy. My Mazda6 has been a really good car.

Hello this is David with TXDOT, I recently sent a 2015 ford explore to your dealership to have recall preformed I informed the service writer that the recall was for the rear sway bar end links. your service team failed to address the concern they performed some A pillar recall. This is not the first time we have had issues with your company. We have since started using Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville. It is also very difficult to speak with the service writer.

Mazda Service - EMG

I own a 2008 Miata MX5. I try to keep the servicing up to date. I had to find a better place after several bad experiences with the Hiley dealerships (crappy customer service, promises made and not kept). The last straw was that my car was in for 6 days. They said they were waiting on a part - understandable. On day 6, I dropped by (because nobody answered the phone) to find that the part never got ordered. Enough! My brother told me about this place. An entirely different experience! Fix took 2 days, at about the same price as the dealership quoted. Customer service was great and the place isn't on the edge of town! Don't travel farther for bad service. Use these guys. Hiley doesn't deserve your business.
