They have a great selection of vehicles, but they have an even better selection when it comes to the staff at Classic. They've built a great team and are very detail oriented, all focused at providing great customer service. This includes the general manager, sales, finance, parts and service departments.
We're customers for life and even though our oldest Mazda is 9 years young, we still go to Classic for all of our service needs.

I have been calling to speak to the service department all morning. Every time I call to speak to them, the secretary asked me what my specific problem is. I don’t call the service department to talk to the secretary, I called to talk to service manager. I get asks if my car is in there or getting set up for service, but all I have is a question. The last time I called the woman said something that sounded like,”enjoy holding,” and then put me on hold. Your service department people suck.

I went to Atzenhoffer Mazda in Victoria TX for my very first oil change on my New Mazda and the people there was so nice the VERY FIRST TIME until I had a few issues first one they forgot to reset the system for oil change and then last week my oil light came on displaying that my oil was LOW so I contacted the service department at Atzenhoffer and spoke with Adela and was told it was probably a sensor she also said that I could come by and they would check it but I live an hour away so on Saturday my husband says let me check your oil to make sure and to my SURPRISE the oil was indeed very low barely on the first notch of the dip stick so I called them and told them about was instructed to call Allen and bring it in on Monday so I did so when I got ther therw no apology no one even came to say anything nor did they even GREET ME DEAD SILENCE NO THANK YOU I ALSO ASKED TO SPEAK WITH ALLEN THAT NEVER HAPPENED I guess WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE THEY ARE MAD AT YOU FOR OPENING YOUR MOUTH TO SAY SOMETHING they did give me a free oil change it was very quick also they didn't even put paper down on my floor like they would normally do when you get an oil change also they NEVER OFFERED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR PURCHASING OIL SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE WHEN THEY MESS UP

Service department with no longer return my phone calls answer or my emails. From what I hear from a good source is that the service manager will run and hide to avoid people that she doesn't want to deal with. Never ever again will I deal with this dealership.
Mazda Service - EMG
I own a 2008 Miata MX5. I try to keep the servicing up to date. I had to find a better place after several bad experiences with the Hiley dealerships (crappy customer service, promises made and not kept). The last straw was that my car was in for 6 days. They said they were waiting on a part - understandable. On day 6, I dropped by (because nobody answered the phone) to find that the part never got ordered. Enough!
My brother told me about this place. An entirely different experience! Fix took 2 days, at about the same price as the dealership quoted. Customer service was great and the place isn't on the edge of town!
Don't travel farther for bad service. Use these guys. Hiley doesn't deserve your business.

The worst customer service ever! Good luck ! These reviews are all true ! If you want honestly and integrity. You DO NOT visit a Bert Ogden location, especially the Subaru. You will see once they have your car. ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE , TIME TABLES , COSTS, EVERYTHING goes out the window. YOU WILL ALSO NOT BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE ! everyone always seems to be at lunch, or away from their desks .
