I never do surveys. But, this one I will make. 2017 GMC Yukon XL Denali. I made an appointment for some issues that my car which I purchased a couple of months ago from your dealership. I walked in and handed a check and left with the truck. There were some tsb’s that I had for “engine shudder and transmission hard shift”. I let the person who checked me in that I can produce the “hard shift” on command and the engine shudder can be viewed and felt. The person completely disregarded what I said and his response was “our techs can reproduce it too if the issue exists”.
I left trusting in him. I received a call 24 hours later telling me that the tech’s couldn’t reproduce the “hard shift”. I found out from the same person who checked me in that the GM recommended “transmission flush” was never performed on my SUV when it was sold to your dealership. Secondly, the tech couldn’t verify the engine shudder as well. Again, I can reproduce the hard shift on command and the engine shudder happens all the time. All the techs had to do is literally look and place their hand on the engine to feel the shudder. I WILL NOT BRING MY CAR TO YOUR DEALERSHIP OR PURCHASE ANYMORE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP. I WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO TELL FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO AVOID YOUR DEALERSHIP.

When we arrived at Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC, Ben Beuhler greeted us and made us feel welcome. He listened and responded knowledgeably and made appropriate suggestions about available cars that would fit our wants and needs. We never felt pressured in any way and prices were transparent. We also worked with Brandon Dodd whom we found to be friendly and thorough. When we found the car we wanted we dreaded the typical long wait to see the finance manager and braced ourselves for up sales and playing hide and go seek with unexpected charges. But it didn’t happen. We were quickly invited in and were shown all charges in a very clear manner and were out the door in about 10 minutes. After we were introduced to the service manager we were taken to our new ‘22 Buick Envision. We love the car and were pleasantly surprised by the purchasing experience.

This dealership had a vehicle listed that has restrictions but there are no restrictions listed on the KSL posting. After back and forth discussion with the dealership they have been incredibly rude and they need to change their description that they will ONLY sell to local people. If they are only going to sell to local people then why are they posting a listing that can be seen by out-of-state customers. The listing is very deceiving and working with the dealership is even more of a challenge. Save you time and money.
