Lied about significant vehicle details to pressure a sale - Thomas
Called to ask if a BMW they had listed specifically had a manual transmission with a clutch, and made it clear that was exactly what I wanted. They checked and assured me it was, so I made an appointment and drove 40 miles to look at it. I texted the salesperson I was working with, Bohdi, to let him know I was close. When I got there the car was staged in the front with a note with my name on it. I was greeted by a different salesperson who told me Bohdi was preoccupied. I then went to begin inspecting the car and saw it clearly had an automatic and was in worse condition than implied. I was obviously frustrated because I made it clear I was only looking for a manual. They then brought out the floor manager to continue trying to pressure me into buying a car I didn’t want. They also tried to misinform me on the car model and options trying to convince me that Bmw doesn’t make manual transmissions anymore which is totally untrue, and they also couldn’t answer any of my questions about the car. At this point I left due to the terrible experience and waste of time. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere due to the fact that they are clearly just trying to push sales regardless of customer desires. There are plenty of much better dealerships in Utah with more knowledgeable staff, better inventory, and better prices.

I went to look at a vehicle I saw online. It seemed good and drove well, but my mechanic found a leaking transmission line. They assured me that they had gone over the vehicle, but this slow leak had clearly been leaking for quite a while based on the build up of fluid around it. I decided to overlook this and just have my mechanic fix it. I negotiated a price with them. I then called my mechanic and setup an appointment for the repair while I waited for them to finish their paperwork. When I went to review the paperwork I found that the were tacking on an extra $399 fee and also over charging for the inspections. I was tired of playing their games, so I walked at that point.

We just purchased a 2016 slt Acadia we couldn't have been more pleased with our salesman Lyman, Curt the finance guy and Ryan the manager. We loved the smooth process and especially the transparency. Everyone was very friendly and they worked with us with our indecisiveness. Buying a car is always a long process but they were very thorough Lyman spent a significant amount of time teaching us how to use all the features on our new vehicle and went into detail of each one. We couldn't be happier with our decision or the service we received!! I am sure their other salespeople are great but go find Lyman if you want white glove service.

Just took delivery of a 2016 Denali HD from Harmons. I've bought many cars but this is simply the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. Mickey was great on the sales side. He gave me the keys and said take it for a ride- he stayed behind and pulled a second truck up for me to drive and compare. He never pressured or fast-talked, just shot straight and was helpful as could be.
While the sales experience was great, the finance experience was even better. James had all the paperwork ready to go at the appointed time and had me in and out in 10 minutes. No bs, no pressure for add-ons, no shady theft registration or window etching. He only asked me one question, do I want an extended warranty? I declined and zero rebuttal, just an awesome experience compared to what I am used to.
This Dealership has earned my business. I feel like this is the easiest and most transparent car deal I've ever done. I'll be sending all my friends and family to them. Just can't say enough positive about the experience.

I have recently moved to UTAH from IDAHO, and was worried that perhaps I would not find my hometown feel for the SLC Buick Dealers like I had in IDAHO.
I looked around the valley and found Jeff Chappell at Jerry Seiner Buick.
He has been very great to work with, flexible on scheduling, reasonably priced and most important of all he was trustworthy.
I really felt appreciated as a customer during their service and they made me a FAN of JSBSJ.
On July 6th during my vacation trip to IDAHO, my front differential broke down.
A week before I left this was serviced at the dealership, and it looked like there might have been a faulty part installed. (it happens, nobody's fault)
I left the car at GOODYEAR shop in IDAHO for 11 days... as that part caused extra damage and entire front differential and axle needed replacement.
I called Jeff Chappell and explained to him what happened.
He quickly got his service manager Stefan Weinman involved and they started the claim process.
They took care of all the details at Buick, they ordered the part and shipped it to GOODYEAR, they paid for all the labor for work needed to be done, they even paid for my rental car while my SUV was being repaired... including the GAS expense to go back to IDAHO to pick up the car after it was fixed.
I am speechless... experience has been phenomenal, they are not only great at servicing your car and making you feel welcome at their dealership... but they also truly stand 100% behind their work.
I am a customer for as a long as I live in SLC... and I will be buying my next BUICK at Jerry Seiner South Jordan.

My Cadillac was having mechanical issues during our stay in Bear Lake. We scheduled a service appointment before heading back home. From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with respect and concern about our situation. I was shuttled to Enterprise Car Rental and provided a rental car for the next 5 hours while my car was repaired. What could have been a huge inconvenience during our vacation turned into very pleasant experience. Highly recommend Axtel-Taylor's GMC Service Department!
