I've lost track how many cars we've purchased thru Heritage in Brigham. We are always treated like good friends or family when we go in..for oil changes, for any type of service, and for new purchases. We've recommended Heritage to friends and family, as well. They are not pushy or gimicky. They run the numbers with you and are happy to have honest conversations about the costs and the options available to you, and they make the buying process very smooth. We always leave there feeling super excited about our new vehicles. I can not say the same about most other car sales places we've shopped from in the very distant past. Definitely need to give a shout-out to a couple of people there who have helped us along the way...Jeff Loosli and Justin Terry. Super great people to work with. On a recent oil change visit I was able to meet a few new faces there, and they seemed every bit as polite and genuinely friendly as those who have been there much longer. Didn't rotate tires as was on work order. 3rd truck I've purchased at West Valley Dodge and I've had more poor experiences with the service department than good ones. Now that my free oil changes have been used, I don't see any reason to go back for service.

Be Aware of Scam!!! I'm a client for 5 years and I never had an issue with them. Being said I got my car in for a repair because I wasn't able to fill my gas tank. I left the car there at 9 am on a Thursday and I didn't hear from them until I tried to call them around 3 pm. They said they didn't check the car yet and then called me back at 4.50 saying they didn't know what was wrong with it and that they were trying the cheapest option which was to change the vapor canister, if that didn't work they will try with the expensive solution which was the gas tank. I got mad because you need to pay 125 dollars to do the diagnostic and they are not sure what is going on. they said they don't know for sure but I told them to try with the canister and that I won't do the gas tank anyway. The day after they fixed the canister and called me saying the car was fixed and they tried to do gas for 30 seconds and all was fine. This morning (not even 12 hours later) I put gas in and after paying 673 dollars the gas hose stopped after 2 seconds(of course they lied about the fact the car was working because they knew I was going to complain). This is a scam and I'm going to take action. This morning I tried to call and the seems all busy of course they don't want to deal with me. This is not professional you should at least call me back and try to solve the problem and this never happened. You also have people who work for you that are not doing their job correctly and lying about it. Shame on you.

Terrible service, no warranties. We've been bringing our vehicle here for 3 years. They told us every time we brought it that their work was guaranteed. Today we brought it in to have a problem fixed from a previous repair they had done. And surprise! Now that they'd have to fix something that was their mistake, they're saying it's not warrantied and we have to pay for it. We'll be going somewhere else from now on, somewhere that actually backs up their work and doesn't tell you they will cover things, only to have the next person tell you they don't.

Talked to Tanner in parts dept. He was very helpful, listening to our vehicle problems, returning calls promptly. He set up a 9:00 am appt and arranged for us to park our motorhome beside shop.
We had our toad vehicle towed into their dealership. Jamie, service writer, was efficient and friendly in getting our vehicle looked at. Tyler, mechanic, met with us and we discussed our vehicle problem. He had analyzed the problem, discussed ordering factory part. Tanner had part overnighted. Jamie squeezed us in between other appointments, and Tyler had us ready to go by 9:30 a.m. at alot less money spent than we had expected. Nothing like honest and trustworthy people with a feeling of a family atmosphere. This dealership is highly recommended.

Living 2500 miles away I had to deal with a serious recall on my brand new Jeep Gladiator. I called three dealers, the first two didn't want to help me because I was 2500 miles away and might have only been a one time service. Roberto at Karl Malone called me after I emailed the service email box explaining my situation. Roberto was very professional and courteous and understood my situation. He pre-ordered the parts for me and I had the vehicle towed to the dealer due to my inability to be present due to the Corona virus. Roberto handled the two recalls and help get my vehicle loaded and unloaded on the tow truck etc and looked over the vehicle for me and addressed a couple other issues I was not even aware of. He communicated with me and made the entire experience painless and pleasant. Roberto is a huge asset to this organization and I look forward to my next service visit. He also advised me that I get free oil changes so wether I come back to his dealer or end up somewhere else to make sure I don't get charged for my oil changes. Thank you Roberto!!
Truck Repair - utah guy
I had to take my truck into the repair shop 5 times (including original review) to get repairs completed correctly. It was commendable that each time I took it back for a "re-due" I was assured they would "make it right" and eventually they did. As a customer I would have second thoughts about taking my truck back or suggesting that a friend us the service and go through the same things I did. (paint runs, missing rubber seals, sticking door, poor scheduling and having to pick it up unrepaired and bring it back...)
