Nate Wade Subaru made it easy to buy our Outback. They weren’t pushy with extended warranties like other dealerships we’ve used before. Five minutes after I left the lot, i got a chip in my windshield. They told me to bring it back in to have it looked at. When their technician wasn’t there that day, they called in someone else and got it fixed within 30 minutes. I was really impressed with their costumer service! I would definitely recommend.

Tony has helped us buy 3 different vehicles, and each experience was a pleasure. I'll buy from him again. Even living in a different state, Tony gets it done over the phone and then all I have to do is either meet them half way, or take a trip down to SLC and pick up my vehicle and turn in my trade in. He's great and I highly recommend him and the dealership. Every vehicle we've purchased has been fantastic, both new and used.

I was on a multi-state road trip when my "Check Engine" light in my 2019 Outback came on, and happened to be while in Ogden. I called the nearest Subaru service center which happened to be Young Subaru. They worked me in immediately, first starting with diagnosing the code.
Ryan Landis was my service advisor, and assured me they would work as quickly as possible to get me back on the road. The issue happened to be a failure of the oxygen sensor, and inadvertently had to replace the catalytic converter. Ryan did an outstanding job communicating me throughout the 3-hours my car was in the facility, and worked thorough getting this all covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Both myself, and my dealer in Denver (Schomp Subaru) were beyond impressed with the service of Young Subaru, and Ryan's exceptional customer service. As a result, I was able to complete my 1,890 road trip photographing throughout the beautiful state of Utah!

What an experience I had! I worked with Dave Elsberry and he was so very patient and helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for him when you go to Doug Smith Subaru in American Fork. The dealership is right off of I-15 and easy to get to. I have had 6 Subarus, so i can recommend the cars also. (4 Outback, 1 Crosstrek and 1 Forester--that we drove for 16 years until someone ran a red light and hit it. He is helping us right now.
