Hard to believe that anyone would buy a vehicle from Wade. The latest scam is the Icon Gps that not a single person would want and charge the unsuspecting buyer $699.00. They also come up with some crazy monthly payments and don’t like it when questioned. AVOID the Wade auto group like the plague!

Worst experience! Don’t trade your car into Karl Malone. I traded my car in 9/23. I got a letter from the DMV in 2/24 stating a vehicle (the one I traded in 6 months prior) registered in my name was impounded for DUI and no insurance and I was liable for the fees as it sits in the impound!!!! Called Toyota, they didn’t call me back. Went to Toyota and they said the vehicle stays registered in MY NAME apparently until after they sell it. They told me it’s MY responsibility to go to the DMV and take the car out of my name!! I have never heard of this. Why was the title not in Toyota name? Why was he allowed to take the vehicle without it being registered in his name? Why did they sell it without him having insurance? I could have gone to the impound and gotten my previous vehicle out. This is just crazy and they acted like this is normal protocol. This is one of many unorganized disasters I have dealt with at Karl Malone. And it’s still not over! Whatever you do don’t buy or trade a vehicle at this dealership. You may regret it!

I would put zero stars if possible. I went with my sister to purchase a car and was lied to and scammed multiple times. First, they said they would take 2 grand off the purchase price, which never happened. They then went over a list of standard coverages that at the time they said were included. Obviously, by this review you know that was a lie. Little did I know it was a $10,000 lie. Then, they offered to take me on a test drive of a car while they got the keys for my sister. Looking back, I know that was a stupid move, but it sounded fun at the time. While I was gone, They brought out all the papers for my sister to sign. You know, the ones I was there to make sure she didn’t get screwed with. Please have someone there to read over these papers thoroughly before signing. Utah doesn’t have a 3-day return law for some reason. I learned a lot from this experience and I am pretty stupid for trusting people. By now I know. Also, if you ever come here, they will push a bunch of agreements that they want you to sign and they will refuse to show you the full cost breakdown. Don’t sign anything. They refuse to be transparent making excuses about how it’s too much work to run the numbers before they know you’re committed. Should’ve left the first time that nonsense came out of their mouths. I just hope this helps someone not get screwed like my sister did.
