I started looking for a car well in advance before I inquired at Mark Miller. They contacted me with an offer after I filled out the financial application online. The day I went to look at the car what I saw was what I got. No funny added fees, no mandatory add-ons. I opted for some extras but that was 100% my choice, no pressure from them. I was in and out in a couple of hours. Definitely satisfied with them for my first time buying a new car! Will recommend to my family when they are considering buying any new car, not just a Toyota.

Had an awesome experience at Young Honda. My wife and I had an old beat up car that we were tired of repairing. We took it over there and they were super quick about getting it appraised and they were happy to show us the cars they thought fit what we were looking for. They actually had a recent trade in that hadn't even had time to be listed and it was perfect for us. Financing with Kelly Walker was a smooth process and also went very quickly. Nick Tak was a fantastic salesman and when my wife wasn't interested in one of the cars he showed us, he didn't press us at all, just moved on to the next one. Great work all around.

BUYER’S BEWARE!!! Tony Divino is the absolute worst dealership there is, I am actually surprised they are still in business!!! Their service department and the customer service, OR LACK THEREOF, is absolutely ridiculous. They have made MULTIPLE errors with our vehicles, but today was the final straw!!! My husband bought their oil change package, so we scheduled an appointment at 7:00am, and dropped the vehicle off the night before and left the keys in the dropbox so they would have them bright and early. We show up at 7:45 to pick up our vehicle, and it had not been touched!!! We go in to see what is going on, and we are immediately asked who are we working with. We aren’t working with anyone, scheduled online and keys are in the drop box, “Oh, has anyone checked the drop box?” And we are treated like we did something wrong. What in the world??? Don’t they have a list of their appointments??? Then when I am mad and I say, “When I have an appointment at 7am, I xxxx well expect it to be in at 7am!” This little man in the Service Dept goes off because I said “xxxx”. YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They could have cared less that they messed up, no apology...NOTHING!!! I will absolutely go to any other Toyota Dealership, never again to Tony Divino!!! Sorry for the rant, I just don’t want anyone else to have to go through this!

After years of dealing with Brent Brown Toyota's shenanigans in Orem Utah, I finally started taking my car to get serviced at Karl Malone Toyota. It is night and day! They actually follow up and call when they say they are going to call. They are friendly and know what they're doing. An issue with a $70 part that had taken over a year dealing with Brent Brown Toyota was resolved in a matter of minutes at Karl Malone Toyota.
