Aziz Aliman was very friendly and helpful in putting the front license plate back on my 2020 Chevrolet Malibu (which I bought last September 2020 at this dealership) after it fell off the day before when I accidentally ran over a curb at a parking garage at Springfield Mall. We both checked the undercarriage of my car and what a relief it is that there is apparently no damage to my car except that the front license plate fell off!! I was scared and upset when that minor mishap happened at the parking garage because I did not see the curb at all. Thumbs up to Aziz!!

My car messed up at least four to five times within 5 months of the same problem even started smoking and almost blew up. Then was left on the side of the road for 2 hours until someone came to pick me up from Berglund with my one year old son in the car with me in my pajamas. In the rain and they still try to make me pay for some of the parts even though it wasn't my fault my car had got messed up in the first place.

General MotorsNorfolk Please read everything if your thinking about buying from @Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk ....I bought a brand new Silverado a few months ago and now it’s not driveable. The truck is shaking and there’s a knocking sound under the hood and when I try to put it in drive it won’t drive anywhere. I called to complain they tell me they can’t accommodate me a rental vehicle. Finally after complaining more they gave me a loaner truck. This is a BS company that doesn’t help customers for anything. I’ll never buy another vehicle from this place again. They will look at it on Tuesday which is 4 days away from today and I need to get to work!.......update 5 days later they tell me the lifters in the motor have to be replaced already. It’s a 2021 had it for 3 months and already have to take apart the engine. I want a brand mew truck for this. I’m not paying for something that has to have the engine taken apart for the life of my loan! I pay a lot of money. Im contacting Chevrolet and GM corporate office for this! They are tryin to pawn off this truck back to me after they fix it. No I don’t want it anymore. They are trying to go the cheapest route and give me back the same truck with problems so early! They also told me another customer had the same exact situation with their brand new truck and hendrick supposedly upgraded them to a better vehicle at no extra cost. But now they are giving me a hard time doing the same thing for me. GM called me today 4-05-21 and said they spoke with service dept at hendrick and someone told them it’s a common minor problem. A common problem! Come on now that type of issue shouldn’t happen at all especially in the first 3 months of driving the truck! I do not recommend buying anything from them. They do not care about their customers at all!!! My parents bought 2 brand new vehicles from their lot before as well. Now as of April 26th they got me a replacement truck everything exactly the same as the first one, after having it for 2 months now the second brand new truck is doing the same exact thing! Right now Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk told me I have to wait till my appointment I scheduled which is the earliest they can get it in. At this point I want to give them back the truck and never buy GM product again! I want all my money back that I put into this, my down payment, trade in value from my trade in, on top of all the payments I made so far in total so I can take that to another company and go with someone else. If this can’t be done I’m taking legal action against the company!!!! This is xxxxxxxx I didn’t really get any type of compensation from all the inconvenience

Tedd Britt is still demonstrating negligence towards their Customers' safety. I previously posted a review exposing my experience with the excuse of a business. Here is an update:
I received a phone call from Dave Lantz, Customer Experience Manager, the day before my maintenance appointment cancelling said appointment. I was told that the dealership no longer would do business with me after I called out their pathetic business practices and informed them I would be pursuing Lemon Law litigation for my incredibly defective vehicle. They are refusing to fix the manufacturing deficiencies and gross safety issues. Tedd Britt is sticking their head in the sand, hiding from addressing issues their Customer is experiencing. Incredible. Buy a Ford.

I HAVE BEEN LITERALLY AFRAID TO TAKE MY CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FREE OIL CHANGES ( I CHOSE TO PAY & GO ELSEWHERE) HOWEVER I HAD PURCHASED TIRES WITH ROAD HAZARD INSURANCE AND RELUCTLANTLY TOOK IT BACK.
UPON ARRIVAN I WAS TOLD THAT THE RECALL PARTS WHERE IN FOR THE CHEV/GMC SUVS FOR THE PASSENGER AIRBAG. (REALLY IMPORTANT RECALL)
SO WHEN I GOT HOME I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A HOLE IN MY DASHBOARD. NO ONE MENTIONED THIS WHEN I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE SO I CALLED THEM THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD VERBATIM
"SORRY GMC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE IN ORDER TO DO THE RECALL) EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THERE SUPPLIER WHO INSTALLED THESE FAULTY AIRBAGS.
I DIGRESS BUT IF YOU DAMAGE MY VEHICLE INSTALLING YOUR RECALL YOU COULD AT LEAST TELL ME OR LEAVE A NOTE OR SOMETHING
IT'S JUST ANOTHER NAIL IN THE COFFIN OF TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU'RE ONLY A PRIORITY WHEN YOURE PAYING THE BILL.
PLEASE REMEMBER ITS THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE THAT MATTERS.

I’ve (somewhat unfortunately) had to visit BMW of Fairfax Collision Center several times over the past 18 months to have various body damage repaired. Every time the experience has been beyond phenomenal. While the quality and timeliness of the repairs is excellent, what really stands out is the customer service. Whether it’s been to push my insurance company to authorize having the car repaired the right way (rather than the cheapest way) or helping me deal with the results of my own inability to drive without bumping into stuff, the staff has always been professional, friendly, and very helpful. I normally wouldn’t look forward to visiting a body shop, but I always enjoy visiting the BMW of Fairfax Collision Center...BMW of Fairfax’s regular service center could definitely learn from them. Ian and Henry have both helped me, with both being excellent!!

I purchased my vehicle here and thought the best place to bring my Chevy for repairs would be the Chevy dealer I purchased it from right? WRONG!!! I brought my vehicle in for some over heating issues. They said my head gasket blew and it would cost $3000 for repairs!!! And said that he would have to send my block out for testing and it might cost more!!! I went to pick my vehicle up to get a second opinion and was told I had to pay $110 for the diagnostics. I took my vehicle to JD auto repair in Staunton. The gentleman there tested my block and tried hard to find an issue with the head gasket and was unable to! Charged me $90 for a couple of hoses that had pin holes in them. This place is a scam!! I will never take my car there nor will I purchase another vehicle from them again!!
