Excellent Service - bmwyler
Raymond and the UAC staff were very friendly and patient while my husband and I were looking for a new car. Raymond took a look at the list of what I wanted in a car and, unlike all the other dealerships in Ellensburg, did not waste my time by showing me anything over my budget or that didn't match my criteria. I was looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident, so since I currently had no car, Raymond drove the vehicle I wanted to test to my house and let me take it out for a drive with no pressure to buy. When my husband and I found our dream car at UAC, Raymond and Holly made the buying process extremely easy, and we did not feel rushed to sign any documents without thoroughly reading everything.
In short, the friendly staff here was great at working with our needs and allowing us to purchase what we needed without pressuring us to purchase additional services that were not needed.
This is the best dealership in Ellensburg, hands-down!
Great Service for returning customer - Mark F
I dropped off my 2011 GMC Yukon (that I purchased new from Carr Cadillac Buick GMC) in for service. I was met by the Sales Manager James Quitugua, James took upon himself to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. When I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle I again ran into James, in the coarse of our short conversation James picked up on the fact I had a question. I was introduced to the technician that worked on my vehicle, Steve Knight. Steve cleared up my question and gave me complete confidence. I am very impressed with Steve's knowledge and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to Steve for anything. I would highly recommend Carr Cadillac Buick GMC to my friends and family.
Carl did a great job - Bhall36071
Carl, the service manager,
did a great job helping me resolve the various problems with my Cadillac Escalade. He is very service oriented. Good job!
A consistently great experience - Dennis6368K
This weekend, my wife picked up her beautiful new XT4 Sport at Cadillac of Bellevue. I've got to say: I was simply delighted by the treatment we received from Ian McMurren. He was very personable and knowledgeable, helped us find exactly the right vehicle to suit our needs and budget, and gave us all the space we needed as we considered whether to seal the deal. In fact, Ian and his manager, Jeff, were so accommodating that they offered to let us take our candidate Caddy home for the evening to see how it felt.
Well, it obviously felt pretty good because we bought the car the next day. My wife is delighted with her purchase (she's already named the car and I have been instructed to refer to it as "her") and both of us have become big fans of Ian and the team. If you want a Cadillac, I can't recommend Ian at Cadillac of Bellevue highly enough.
The perfect experience! - MCMitchell
I usually change cars every year and will travel for the best deal, which means I have had the opportunity to deal with many dealerships in different states over the past 3 decades.
If it's one thing I have learned to do, it is to separate the wheat from the chaff, and I can usually tell from first contact, which is which. Doug's Northwest Cadillac is all wheat!
Buying a car long distance is always riskier than doing a local deal, where you can see the car in person before committing to the purchase. If the car is not as represented, you're out an airline ticket at the very least.
Doug's listing had clear pictures of every exterior panel, and the interior, from multiple angles. This was a huge plus!
When I called to see if the car was still available. I was immediately transferred to a sales associate, and he took a few minutes to verify that it was. I made an offer, which had to be cleared with the Sales Manager, and they made an acceptable counter offer.
I arranged my own financing, and there was zero sales pressure to add on items such as an extended warranty, because I had already made it clear that I would not be owning the vehicle long term.
On delivery day, I flew from Raleigh NC ,with an early arrival. My sales person, Mario, had arranged for me to be picked up, and the driver was there on time to whisk me to the dealership. After introductions were made, I was shown to the car and went for a brief test drive.
The car was just as described, and the paperwork was soon completed. Due to the weather, I opted to ship the car instead of driving it back to NC. Doug's offered to store it safely indoors for two weeks at no charge, until the shipping company could collect it.
This was one of my best vehicle purchase experiences, and I will rate the dealership as a 10 out of 10. It not not a rating I give lightly.
I commend Doug's on their no nonsense approach to doing business.
New car with many problems - Kefrpm
Two weeks after purchasing a new 2018 intermittent problems began occurring. Two are very dangerous! The diagnostic machine used in the service dept couldn’t find the problem after two attempts. They did a global reset and more problems popped up. They will NOT do anything to rectify this situation.
The Service associate went above and beyond! - Teresam7

DISHONEST - Derek563
I went in to look at a used car that was listed on their website without a price. When I got to the store, Jeff Tolsma, one of the managers told me that they want $32,999 for the car. The car has a market value of about $27,500. After some negotiation, Jeff told me that the best he could do was $30,000 and went on about how the market value of the car was worth $35,000 and how he can’t lose money selling a car. The usual xxxxxxx salesman pitch. I walked. 15 minutes after I left, I checked their website again and the car was listed at $28,999. There was no way that one of the sales managers would not know about this.
Trust is the most important component of any relationship. The management at this dealer will lie right to your face. Says a lot about who they are.
The best customer service experience when buying a used car! - Michael Manoff
I just had the best possible customer service experience when I bought a used Ford truck from Ruddell Automall. I called about a truck that was listed on line and asked if they could hold it for me as I live a few hours away. They were happy to hold the truck for me and answered all my questions...even volunteering a few minor cosmetic issues the truck had without my asking. I took a no pressure test drive and then was able to take my time looking over the truck with out a salesman looking over my shoulder. They gave me a great deal on the truck and allowed me to leave my other vehicle on their lot until I came back to pick it up a week later.
It's now one week after I purchased the truck and I feel like I got a great deal on a fantastic used truck and would definitely return for any future car or truck purchases.
Thank you Horace and Chad!
I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had... - BelindaS
I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had the car I have been wanting forever, so I test-drove it and it drove like a dream. The clutch felt brand-new and it was smooth and quiet. When I went to go pick it up the car was dirty, there was over spray all over my car because they painted parts of the car while they were still attached to the car and my clutch was almost completely worn down. I took the car because I didn't want to drive my old car anymore and got halfway home when I realized there was no license plate on my car so I had to turn around and drive back to the shop to get the license plate. I get back on the freeway and the car is all over the road so I'm driving like a drunk. Well the cops thought I was drunk too so I got pulled over for a DUI and had to do a field sobriety test and people were driving past watching while I'm walking the line and touching my nose. After blowing a 0.0 the cops believed my story about the car. I drive the car home after and the check engine light comes on not even 2 hours after I picked the car up at the dealership. They were closed by this time so I decided to take the car back in the morning to have them fix my clutch and get the alignment fixed. It took them 4 days to look at it and tell me they weren't going to fix anything on the car. I sat down with the sales manager, Rich, and he told me that legally he couldn't do anymore free work on my car and he assured me that noone in his company ruined my clutch and he was as puzzled as I was about it. He was very rude to me and kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. I took the car and didn't even make it home with my clutch. I was stuck on the side of 405 waiting for AAA to come and pick up my car. I called to leave a message for the sales guy I bought the car from and the guy that answered the phone couldn't figure out how to send me to voice mail. He was also very rude to me. I am seeking legal counsel on this matter to see what I can do because those bastards screwed me ROYALLY.

Service Dept has gone to crap since Ed Ring left.
The people that work the front service booths are most arrogant folks I ever met that are in "Customer Service".
I'd rather take my car to Meineke than deal with those a**holes at the front service booths.
