We really appreciated Jonathan, Julie and David. They were all easy to do business with. Jon was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and professional. Julie was very accommodating and we appreciated that Dave explained everything very thoroughly.
We also were thrilled that the car was sold to us very clean and with a full tank of gas.
In summary, if we’re ever in the market for another vehicle we will definitely go to Cascade Auto Center.

Erick Atkins is the best! I lost my key (was only provided one from the previous owner) and Zurich Insurance wouldn’t let me claim one until I had been given two keys from the dealership. Erick within a day was at my house in Roslyn programming a new key at no charge so I could take my son out for his family birthday celebration. I also got a call from the dealership to be scheduled same day to bring it in to get the FOB programmed but rescheduled for a different day so I could celebrate the birthday. When I came in to the dealership 2 days later Erick swung by the waiting room and greeted me and asked how the party went. When my key was finished he walked along side the gal delivering my key and walked me out to my car. What a gentleman and what outstanding service! If I have to do anything through this dealership I’ll be sure to do it through Erick.

I dropped off my 2011 GMC Yukon (that I purchased new from Carr Cadillac Buick GMC) in for service. I was met by the Sales Manager James Quitugua, James took upon himself to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. When I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle I again ran into James, in the coarse of our short conversation James picked up on the fact I had a question. I was introduced to the technician that worked on my vehicle, Steve Knight. Steve cleared up my question and gave me complete confidence. I am very impressed with Steve's knowledge and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to Steve for anything. I would highly recommend Carr Cadillac Buick GMC to my friends and family.

I had a minor problem with my '17 ATS-V and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. John Melchiode, Service Manager, took a test drive with me and immediately had a mechanic work on it. The problem was determined quickly and I was out of there in an hour.
I have always had an excellent and courteous responses from Doug's Service, Sales and Parts. They are an excellent dealership and are extremely customer friendly.

I bought a used Acadia from them about a month ago. Car has only been in my possession less than 2 weeks. It’s been in their shop the rest of the time. When I got it back last time, it even said on the receipt “did not fix oil leak”. That was one of the big reasons I took it in. It also said a huge list of things leaking or needing fixed and they didn’t even tell me in person. They refuse to fix it and now I have a car that I paid $20k for that needs thousands of dollars worth of work. I had to cancel my plans to drive to the beach for vacation because I don’t even know if it will make it. The 2nd car we bought the same week had the tires blow out while on the freeway.
I will never buy another car from these guys and am sick that I’m stuck with a car I don’t want to drive.
The only reason I give that one star is because they did give me a rental car and the parts department got all my ordered parts in quick and without any hassle
*Editing to add that I reached out to my sales person and the GM 3 days ago by sending an email. I haven’t gotten a response from either. This shows me they just don’t give one single xxxx about their customers or my situation. Bad form....

We are so pleased with our experience buying a new Tahoe in Bellingham today. While I was dragging my feet about making the trip, Johnny and I communicated extensively and I ultimately felt comfortable taking the time to drive north. Johnny had excellent knowledge about the details of the car, and spent a good amount of time explaining and demonstrating the features before we drove. Financing with Justin Harpman? Super simple, and definitely the quickest in my new car purchase experience. We met Parts (Jason) and Service (Ty) folks, all of whom were great. I drove away in the car i had researched, with every feature we wanted and none that we didn’t want or need...at a great price and additional savings due to lower sales tax rate than Seattle. On Wednesday, Rick Qaqish from Cadillac of Bellevue, gave me a call, letting me know he had found my dream vechile. I have been looking for a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali with all the bells and whistles. We had found a few over the past year, but they just not everything I wanted. We looked at several other vechiles, but Rick knew my heart was for the 2015 GMC Acadia. I pulled into the lot shortly after his phone call, he had my Acadia parked up front ready for our test drive. He was right it had everything I was looking for and more. Pressure free appouch and helped me through the whole process start to finish. I went home with my dream vechile. Thank You Rick for helping find that prefect one.

I just had the best possible customer service experience when I bought a used Ford truck from Ruddell Automall. I called about a truck that was listed on line and asked if they could hold it for me as I live a few hours away. They were happy to hold the truck for me and answered all my questions...even volunteering a few minor cosmetic issues the truck had without my asking. I took a no pressure test drive and then was able to take my time looking over the truck with out a salesman looking over my shoulder. They gave me a great deal on the truck and allowed me to leave my other vehicle on their lot until I came back to pick it up a week later.
It's now one week after I purchased the truck and I feel like I got a great deal on a fantastic used truck and would definitely return for any future car or truck purchases.

I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had the car I have been wanting forever, so I test-drove it and it drove like a dream. The clutch felt brand-new and it was smooth and quiet. When I went to go pick it up the car was dirty, there was over spray all over my car because they painted parts of the car while they were still attached to the car and my clutch was almost completely worn down. I took the car because I didn't want to drive my old car anymore and got halfway home when I realized there was no license plate on my car so I had to turn around and drive back to the shop to get the license plate. I get back on the freeway and the car is all over the road so I'm driving like a drunk. Well the cops thought I was drunk too so I got pulled over for a DUI and had to do a field sobriety test and people were driving past watching while I'm walking the line and touching my nose. After blowing a 0.0 the cops believed my story about the car. I drive the car home after and the check engine light comes on not even 2 hours after I picked the car up at the dealership. They were closed by this time so I decided to take the car back in the morning to have them fix my clutch and get the alignment fixed. It took them 4 days to look at it and tell me they weren't going to fix anything on the car. I sat down with the sales manager, Rich, and he told me that legally he couldn't do anymore free work on my car and he assured me that noone in his company ruined my clutch and he was as puzzled as I was about it. He was very rude to me and kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. I took the car and didn't even make it home with my clutch. I was stuck on the side of 405 waiting for AAA to come and pick up my car. I called to leave a message for the sales guy I bought the car from and the guy that answered the phone couldn't figure out how to send me to voice mail. He was also very rude to me. I am seeking legal counsel on this matter to see what I can do because those bastards screwed me ROYALLY.
