My first reliable vehicle! - krichardson94
Carlos sold my mom her vehicle and I knew when I was ready to purchase a car I would definitely go to him. He is so kind and really makes the effort to get you the best deal possible. Mark Burwell helped me with the financing and went over everything so well. I really felt taken care of and left knowing I made the right decision on going with my Ford Escape.

2015 SRX Purchase - pocanokee
Made a fair offer on their car, and received a fair trade-in for my 2005 SRX. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. Would definitely buy from them again!
New car - aandr0
Everything was handled in a professional manner. The dealer staff took away all the hassles of purchasing a new car. Being able to have the Credit Union paperwork done there saved that extra trip to their office. Loved the whole process! Thank You, Titus will.
Great Service! - GregS
I have been using this facility since it's last location in Tacoma. Mike Krone and Terry were excellent in their service. My vehicle was ready and clean upon my arrival. They went through many details regarding the new equipment and made sure that I was satisfied prior to driving home. Great team of professionals here. Also, the store was immaculate and very modern .
Integrity says it all - Highcountrygal
Routine oil change & reprogramming a recall item only took an hour. The staff is always friendly. I received a rain check for the car wash as it was too cold that day. Went back & the truck looked great & they even vacuumed the floor mats.

Assistant to the manager Lancer - YK
Lemon warning! I purchased a brand new Cadillac Escalade in June of 2017, but in December 2017 my Cadillac Escalade was deemed a Lemon, per the Lemon law of Washington, and sold to me by Cadillac of Bellevue along with Assistant to the manager Lancer. When I was advised by the manufacturer GM to come in to select my replacement vehicle, I called and spoke to Amelian, who confirmed availability of a vehicle I wanted to come in to look at, so Amelian set up an appointment with me to come in, and after I advised him of my name and who I was not even 5 minutes later I received a call back from him telling me the car was sold per his manager Lancer. I then sent an anonymous request to see the vehicle via the website to online sales rep by the name of Rick, who advised me that yes, the vehicle is absolutely not sold and available for me to come in and look at. I set up an appointment with Rick and came in to select the replacement vehicle, provided the salesman the VIN number. I called GM to advise them that I selected the replacement for the Lemon, and was advised by GM rep that Cadillac of Bellevue is refusing to replace the Lemon they sold. This should be very embarrassing for this dealership to sell 80k Lemons, and their employee Lancer’s discrimination against me is going too far to the point he is refusing to replace my vehicle under the Lemon Law of Washington.
My experience at Ruddell dealership - Deona hill

I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had... - BelindaS
I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had the car I have been wanting forever, so I test-drove it and it drove like a dream. The clutch felt brand-new and it was smooth and quiet. When I went to go pick it up the car was dirty, there was over spray all over my car because they painted parts of the car while they were still attached to the car and my clutch was almost completely worn down. I took the car because I didn't want to drive my old car anymore and got halfway home when I realized there was no license plate on my car so I had to turn around and drive back to the shop to get the license plate. I get back on the freeway and the car is all over the road so I'm driving like a drunk. Well the cops thought I was drunk too so I got pulled over for a DUI and had to do a field sobriety test and people were driving past watching while I'm walking the line and touching my nose. After blowing a 0.0 the cops believed my story about the car. I drive the car home after and the check engine light comes on not even 2 hours after I picked the car up at the dealership. They were closed by this time so I decided to take the car back in the morning to have them fix my clutch and get the alignment fixed. It took them 4 days to look at it and tell me they weren't going to fix anything on the car. I sat down with the sales manager, Rich, and he told me that legally he couldn't do anymore free work on my car and he assured me that noone in his company ruined my clutch and he was as puzzled as I was about it. He was very rude to me and kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. I took the car and didn't even make it home with my clutch. I was stuck on the side of 405 waiting for AAA to come and pick up my car. I called to leave a message for the sales guy I bought the car from and the guy that answered the phone couldn't figure out how to send me to voice mail. He was also very rude to me. I am seeking legal counsel on this matter to see what I can do because those bastards screwed me ROYALLY.

Service Dept has gone to crap since Ed Ring left.
The people that work the front service booths are most arrogant folks I ever met that are in "Customer Service".
I'd rather take my car to Meineke than deal with those a**holes at the front service booths.
Buh-Bye Bill Copps.
Refuse to fix issue with CPO car they sold - Chris Selvar
First let me say I wanted to give one star, but that actual sales process wasn't horrible it was what happened after I was out the door.
I bought a 2012 CTS-V from Brotherton back in March. The car came with the extended CPO warranty. When I bought the car the supercharger was making the notorious "can of marbles" rattling sound. Very well documented and super easy fix that cadillac is aware of and will do at no cost. I was aware of the details so it didn't concern me and I bought the car anyway scheduling an appointment to bring it back in to have the supercharger replaced before I ever left the dealership. Two days later I brought the car back and the service tech who looked at my car said nope everything sounds fine... I was a little shocked because I knew it wasn't, lucky for me I work right across the street from another Cadillac Dealership just 15 minutes up 405. I took it in there the next day, low and behold the tech didn't even have to inspect my car he could tell by the noise it made pulling up that it needed a new supercharger. They ordered one for me and had it on a week later.
This is the part that really angers me, while it was in for the supercharger the other dealership pointed out to me that it didn't have the correct tires on it to be a CPO car. (tires MUST meet OEM specifications) the speed rating on tires that came with the car are one rating to low. I tried/ struggled to get ahold of MK at brotherton for 2 months, he finally responded when I started to get very irritated, he acknowledged that the tires are incorrect but then told me I would have to buy 2 of the tires and they would provide the other 2. I am confused as to why I would pay to right their wrong. Unfortunately even after printing out all of the CPO paperwork that says the car must have the right tires on it and presenting it to MK in person, he accused me of just trying to get new tires out of them (even though the current ones have about 80% left). he also told me that speed rating doesn't matter because the ones on there are rated for 149MPH and thats as fast as I need to go. (OEM speed rating is to 186MPH).
I have escalated the case to cadillac corporate and the regional CPO person (sorry don't know his title). I am confident that they will end up being forced to put tires on my car but the amount of time being wasted irritates me.
You advertised something as a CPO, meaning it should meet all CPO specifications, this one does not, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they didn't realize it either, however after I made them aware of it they still refuse to do anything. To me it feels like a scam or fraud (advertising something as something its not)
This review isn't meant to do anything other then to make people aware of what they are buying before they leave the dealership, unfortunately this dealership isn't honest enough to fix there mistakes if you find any.

Amazing Experience - Stacy and Mark
Marc, Damon and Tari were amazing from start to finish. My wife and I are very busy and they delivered a new 2015 escalade to our home for us. We drove the car and found it was the perfect car for our family. Damon and Tari came to our home and did all paperwork and presentation of the options of our new car. I would highly recommend this store. This is our second escalade from this dealer and they always impress me!
