Everyone was fantastic from the second that I walked in until the next day when I realized that I mistakenly left both of my passports in the car I just sold to them and had to come crawling back for.
Stephanie was so easy to work with - she was pleasant, up front, and answered all of my questions without making me feel like a burden. The selling process was MUCH easier than I thought it would be, and I left very happy with my decision to sell to them.
The rest of the salespeople were hilarious as well. I don’t remember names but honestly every person I ran into was great.
I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest them to others!

This place will sell a vehicle right out from under you. They do NOT offer contactless purchasing as they say it is first come first serve. We live 1.5 hours away from this lot. We did the leg work with the bank for the loan so we could drive into the lot and pick up our new truck. Was told everything was a go. We pulled into the lot as the truck we were purchasing drove off the lot with another purchaser. There is no communication between salesmen! The only answers we could get were “I don’t know what to tell you, there is nothing I can do” We were not offered any other vehicles, just a bunch of shoulder shrugs. This car lot is a joke and I would not recommend them.

I bought a brand new 2020 Jeep Cherokee from UAC approx 5 months ago. Drew Snider is absolutely incredible at his job and made the buying process fun and easy. He is the only reason I am still happy I bought my car locally. However I would honestly not recommend this dealership because of their service center.
Approx 1 month ago my vehicle started having problems shifting and randomly would not come out of park. The first time it got stuck in town for a day and half because it was the weekend and wouldn't work. It randomly came out of park and I called the service department. Initially they told me they couldn't get me in for another week. After telling them this was unacceptable since the car literally could not be driven reliably they found a spot for me. I dropped my Jeep off early in the morning and they had it all day. Eventually calling be fore they closed saying they couldn't recreate the problem so I could come get the car and gave me the number of Chrysler to call next time it happens to have the car towed. 4 days later the jeep again would not shift out of park, I call UAC service and the tow number. I waited 4.5 hours for a tow truck and when it got towed to UAC they looked at my car, they told me it was probably my fault and I must just be shifting wrong because they can not get the car to fail. However they state they are going to order a new shifter anyways just in case that is the problem. They inform me the shifter is back ordered and they will call me when it comes in. In the meantime because they inform me there is absolutely no way they can give me a loaner car, "they don't have loaner cars," the service tech teaches me a way to override the shifter if it happens again. I thought great at least this way I won't get stuck at work since I drive 160 miles to the west side to work.
I go to work a couple days later and attempt to drive home.....the car will not come out of park, I attempt the override and it does not work. I am stuck at a gas station for over an hour because of this issue. Finally after multiple attempts and people trying it the jeep comes out of park. I call UAC they tell me there is nothing they can do to help me, the shifter will be in in four days and I can bring it in there. I ask them for a loaner car or a rental since I have to go to work they say their hands are tied and it is impossible. So here I am with an unreliable car that randomly will not work that I have to drive over the pass.
The car goes in to get the shifter changed. They have the car all day. I get the car back and a few days later same problem won't come out of park. I then manage to get the car back to UAC and they keep my car overnight without an update, without a phone call. When I call the next morning they say they just forgot to call and dropped the ball. They state they still haven't checked everything out and are waiting for Chrysler support to call them back. They state I will call you back in 20 mins. No one calls. 4 hours later when I am headed out of town I stop by because I need things out of my car I get a "oh i was just about to call you." They hand't heard back yet and forgot to call to follow up. 3 days later I get the car back with a Chrysler recommended we do the computer updates and everything will be fine.
At this point I am just waiting for it to happen again and hope I can actually make it home. I know that the car not working is not the dealerships fault. However the incredibly poor customer service is. I have multiple videos of what is happening when it won't come out of park. I have had numerous people try it when it happens, something is failing. The hard part for me is I just spent of 30,000 on a new vehicle, bought the VIP service membership and over the course of a month I can't get a loaner car or even a smidge of help to have a reliable car to drive to work.

I called from out of state trying to locate a car my father had owned, that had been traded in after his death. I had very little information to work from, not even a vin. Richard and Kevin were able to locate all the vehicle information, and even contacted the current owner on my behalf. While the current owner is not ready to sell, they assured me the car is in safe hands. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Cadillac Escalade Vandalized at this Dealership - ec1
I wanted to buy a Cadillac Escalade from this dealer in October 2019 at the time, it was Doug's Cadillac, but the salesman was not very helpful. So, I went and bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade Premium with very low mileage in excellent condition, very nice, from another dealer. The same salesman from Brotherton Cadillac NW called me later wanted to find out if I got a car, and I told him yes. Not long later I got a card in the mail from this dealership to bring my car in for a brake vacuum recall. I brought it to them, 30 minutes later they told me the car was ready. Right after I drove home, which took me about 15 minutes, I noticed scratches on the bottom inside panel of the driver's door. I found scratches on the rear bumper, on the inside panel of the rear driver's side door, on the back of the center console, on both the inside panels of the right and left pillars, on the outside of the driver's door window. I found a major gouge and various scratches and dings on the inside panel of the rear door. I found several major scratches on the top rear of the vehicle. The evil person who did these damages make them look like wear and tear, but the problem is none of these damages existed at the time I dropped off the vehicle. I purchased it specifically because it was in excellent condition, and for the four months I own it, it had been in the same condition right up until after these guys worked on it. I went back the same day to report the issue to the general manager, but he didn't believe me. I reported it to the Police as vandalism a couple days later, but they told me they couldn't help because I waited, and that I should have done it the same day. Whatever their motive, it is wrong and unacceptable. These guys are giving a bad reputation to the Cadillac brand. I would not suggest anyone to take their car to them for service especially if you didn't buy from them. They are evil and not to be trusted at all.

Took car in for airbag recall, supposedly told work was done. All the airbag warning lights are still on. I questioned this before I even left and was told for the lights to be addressed it would require additional diagnosis...and charges, of course! I have went through this very same recall process with my Lexus and like magic all the airbag warnings were gone after recall service was completed.. I call BS and the service from Cadillac nowhere near compares to the level of Lexus. No loaner car, was expected to pay a deposit towards rental car if needed. Lexus gave me a loaner on the spot, no deposit, no issues. Just proof I was licensed and insured. I think I will be contacting the Attorney General. I will definitely not settle for this poor service. I had requested an additional diagnostic service and asked to be called regarding findings. No call ever came. I am livid!

Literally cant say enough great things about this dealership and the salesman we worked with! Jeremy Cruz helped my husband and I find the truck of our dreams and we are beyond grateful! He was so patient with us and did not pressure us into anything we didnt like. We visited this lot several times and got all the answers we needed as well as an amazing deal from Cody that we couldnt pass up! We couldnt be happier with our 2019 GMC sierra AT4 and are looking forward to buying the rest of our future vehicles from Jeremy! Jeremy was so polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient! We have a 16month old and it makes it slightly harder to shop these days. Jeremy was relatable and worked so hard on getting us this deal! Feeling overwhelmed with appreciation and will never forget this experience. I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had the car I have been wanting forever, so I test-drove it and it drove like a dream. The clutch felt brand-new and it was smooth and quiet. When I went to go pick it up the car was dirty, there was over spray all over my car because they painted parts of the car while they were still attached to the car and my clutch was almost completely worn down. I took the car because I didn't want to drive my old car anymore and got halfway home when I realized there was no license plate on my car so I had to turn around and drive back to the shop to get the license plate. I get back on the freeway and the car is all over the road so I'm driving like a drunk. Well the cops thought I was drunk too so I got pulled over for a DUI and had to do a field sobriety test and people were driving past watching while I'm walking the line and touching my nose. After blowing a 0.0 the cops believed my story about the car. I drive the car home after and the check engine light comes on not even 2 hours after I picked the car up at the dealership. They were closed by this time so I decided to take the car back in the morning to have them fix my clutch and get the alignment fixed. It took them 4 days to look at it and tell me they weren't going to fix anything on the car. I sat down with the sales manager, Rich, and he told me that legally he couldn't do anymore free work on my car and he assured me that noone in his company ruined my clutch and he was as puzzled as I was about it. He was very rude to me and kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. I took the car and didn't even make it home with my clutch. I was stuck on the side of 405 waiting for AAA to come and pick up my car. I called to leave a message for the sales guy I bought the car from and the guy that answered the phone couldn't figure out how to send me to voice mail. He was also very rude to me. I am seeking legal counsel on this matter to see what I can do because those bastards screwed me ROYALLY.
