I like how they always provide me with great service they always greet me at my vehicle and if I need a loaner vehicle or a ride that's the first thing they take care of I had them perform a 60k service and I was very impressed my vehicle feels new I'm happy with all the service advisors and mechanics that work with my vehicle I also like how clean the service department is and they always have someone coming around cleaning

This morning we went to Kia with the intentions of visiting the Service Department with a “rattling issue” we had with our 2016 Sorento. They serviced our car only to find out that our engine was shot! In total disbelief we went and talked with Rich Purdy (our original salesman 3 years ago)... as we were venting to him he told us it will be ok. We tossed around options and spending 7,000 on a new engine did not seem feasible, he talked to us extensively and we went and looked at 2019 Sorento’s. I cannot say enough about his care and concern for our situation! We found one, of course! As we were signing the paperwork Tyler (sales manager) came over to tell us that our car was still under warranty and if we did not want to purchase new... that we were not obligated to the contract! That blew us away... I cannot say enough (again) about the integrity of this dealership. We chose to drive away with a brand new 2019 Sorento. Thank you to everyone that helped us today in our time of freak out panic!!

I have only the best kudos to give to the Renton Kia service center. My service advisor, Dorian Ligon, took total care of me from the beginning to the end of a major engine repair job. He handled all the correspondence between my warranty coverage company and made an - otherwise painful process - totally easy and pain free. Dorian was proactive every step of the way and anticipated what needed to be done in a highly expert and professional way. He even arranged for me to have a very nice late model loaner car to ensure my stress free, worry free, experience at no out of pocket expense to myself. I received my car back with a very complex repair done flawlessly. Job well done to Dorian and his team!! I'll be using this Kia service center again and again, and highly recommend you do the same!

Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls.
Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out).
Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS!
