Had a great experience with this dealership overall. Ken,Mark and Ryan all were friendly and followed through on their promises. We got a very fair deal on a 2024 F-150 Raptor. They did not try and put on any additional products or force any financing or extended warranty options on us. They did offer a service plan and if needed would have help finance the vehicle. I would recommend doing business with them. I also just placed an order for a new 2025 Ford Explorer xx. I can’t wait to receive the new SUV.

Poorest service dept I’ve ever been to. Brought vehicle in for catalytic converter waited 4 days and they were unable to locate one so came in to pick it up to take it somewhere else and they charged me 176 dollars just to look at it. Don’t wast your time and money here

Bought a used truck Friday 5/14. It went back to the dealership Saturday 5/15 on a rollback as it wouldn’t start and once I did get it started, had an engine light on. It’s been in the shop 4 days now and I’ve had one update without calling myself and asking for one. Also did not have a valid inspection sticker. However, my salesman Eric was great and has worked with me to get me in a loaner ASAP and touched base with me every day.

Dustin Martin is the rudest and the most unprofessional man. I called about a truck I really wanted. worked out a deal and set everything up with my own bank. They were going to deliver 5 hrs to me. When I told them that I will need to inspect the car they said it was a no. I told them no one buys a $32,000 pre owned no warranty with out at least looking under the hood. He said they already did that. I told him you must be kidding. Who takes the word of a used car salesmen? At which he got infuriated. I said if you're so confident in your inspection back it with a warranty? He said impossible. I had the check in hand and took it back to the bank. Horrible person, and horrible way to do business. There was no way I was going to give them my business. Found same truck with half the miles and certified per-owen 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and more options for same price. Thank God I didn't go with them. Way to many dealership out there that treat their customers right.
