If you are looking for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Allyssa. Working with Allyssa didn't feel like a typical dealership experience; it felt like we had a partner in the process. From the moment we started, she focused on making a genuine connection with us rather than just pushing for a sale. We never felt like "just another number". She was incredibly patient, kind, and completely removed the stress and pressure usually associated with buying a car. My wife and I came in unsure of exactly what we wanted. Allyssa was very accommodating and helped us test drive both the Grand Highlander standard Hybrid and the Hybrid MAX back-to-back. That comparison was a game-changer and led us to switch our focus to the MAX, which we absolutely love. She never pressured us; she just gave us the information we needed to make the right choice. She really went above and beyond when it came to the specific car. Even though the one we originally wanted wasn't available, she found us a different color that we didn't even know we would like, and she presented such an incredible deal that we couldn't say no. On top of that, CMA’s flexibility was a lifesaver. We had a sick child at home, making it impossible for my wife and me to be there at the same time. Allyssa and the team worked with us, allowing me to come in Saturday to handle my part while letting my wife finish up on Monday so she could stay home with our son. That level of understanding is rare. Awful and would not recommend. - Chris

Awful and would not recommend. The service department does not want to fix anything when it is still under warranty. They say nothing is wrong even though the car is shaking when driving and the transmission is slipping. They want to wait until it is no longer under warranty and I have to pay everything myself to fix. Got their licenses from a cracker jack box. Do not go there.

5 stars rating. Customer service and sales were superior. Very transparent and efficient process. The salesperson, Jeff Shaffer located the new 4 Runner I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way via text. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Ball Toyota did not charge additional fees above MSRP like most dealers are doing currently. Knowing that I can just text Jeff what I am looking for without all of the hassle, I will certainly buy our next car from Ball Toyota.

I purchased a silver certified 2020 Toyota Camry XSE with - j_napier

I purchased a silver certified 2020 Toyota Camry XSE with a supposed 136 point inspection which obviously wasn’t done. The son roof will not operate and is stuck in the vented position. I have owned the car 5 weeks. We had driven the car around 700 mile when we reached out to Butch the sales manger for help. He said we had the car for 2 1/2 months and driven 7000 miles and there was nothing he could do but charge me $9,000 to replace the entire roof. I asked if he could just manually close it so the car was drivable. He wanted my wife to sign something removing any liability from them. We would not and they said they were not interested in working on my car and for my wife to take it home. She drove 1 1/2 hours home with the sunroof open in the snow. IF YOU ARE SMART, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.
