I recently purchased a new Tundra from William McCormick at Ball Toyota. After noticing the vehicle I was interested in on their website I reached out to William to confirm availability and to discuss price. We were able to agree on price and William stayed after closing time on a Friday evening to prepare paperwork so all would be ready for me to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. Saturday morning I drove 4 hours to Charleston to pick up the truck. William was helpful in explaining features on the truck and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. He has followed up several times to see if I have any questions on the truck. Overall I was very pleased with William and Ball Toyota and would consider them again in the future.

Wonderful experience working with Zane at UT. Very professional, easy to reach (including by text message), and answered all of my questions. They did not have the exact vehicle I was interested in and proceeded to get it from another dealer in a timely manner. They let us bring the vehicle home to try it out before deciding on the purchase. Thanks UT for the great customer service.

Although I did not get a car I wanted to personally shout out Mike Flowers and Ryan Stelf. They not only were professional and very helpful they took the time to listen and comprehend my own personal need, I made an error and applied to the wrong toyota and that blocked me from getting a car when I intended to but I will def be back and referr anybody to these two guys! Get a car from someone who cars like those two do, They are consistent and considerate. we lack that so much now a days, they are rare! thanks Mike and Ryan : )

My spouse introduced me to this Toyota dealership over 35 years ago when it was under the old ownership. We have bought 4 Toyotas (all new) since then. Have had the best service and warranty work ever. The great thing about this dealer is that if they mess up, they pay. Years ago I had taken my Corolla in for regular maintenance. I never noticed that my inspection sticker had died. I got a ticket. On my trip to get the inspection done, they looked up when I had my last maintenance done. It was right at the time my inspection was due to run out. They deducted the cost of my ticket from my maintenance and inspection bill!! The sales staff is great. They always talk to us and make us feel at home. Even my dogs have been welcome there. Hairy, Max and now Miss Red are always greeted and petted. I have never had to have anything done to my Toyotas other than routine maintenance, warrenty work and normal wear & tear work. Love this dealership and my Toyotas!!

Horrible and very unprofessional. My windshield was cracked while parked on the property as I was test driving a vehicle over a month ago and I have yet to receive a call from a top manager. I have made 4 trips to the lot to speak to someone and left 6 voicemails. I, as well as multiple family members have purchased vehicles from Moses for years. So, instead of making things right, they are willing to lose a family of business (thousands of dollars) for a $350 windshield replacement. I personally will never buy from here again nor recommend them to my friends or family. A simple phone call could have eliminated this unsatisfactory service. Clearly, this company needs to read up on customer satisfaction.

I had this dealership service my Toyota for years. I always did think the price was a little high, but they were convienent. I was charged over $1000 to fix a default in an accessory that I had never used before. I took my car in, knocked it needed an alternator (my battery was only 45 days old). My son does a lot of regular service on his car. I got an estimate of $850 to replace the alternator. My son told me that was very excessive. The service director told me they had an alternator in stock but he didn’t recommend it as it , in his experience, it fails frequently. So he wanted to order me a more expensive part, but he couldn’t have it for 2 weeks. I ended up going to a certified repair shop and got my alternator (it did take 5 days to get the right part) For $268.
I want a new car but am very hesitant to go to Superior. The last time I went there to buy a new car they tried to sell me one almost a yesr old with just over 5000 miles on it as “new”, no discount. Needless to say I bought my car somewhere else.

Recently leased a toyota Highlander and from top to bottom jim robinson toyota went above and beyond for myself and family needs. Darnell and Vinny were so thoughtful of what we wanted in an SUV and monthly payments and just made it all work. We were never hasseled to buy, and tpok time to explain all features and toyota service care. Heck even bought my kid a candy bar while we waited to sign papers.

Car had been wrecked, not reported on Carfax. They knew it was in an accident,made repairs badly. Would not admit to it. Ask to just return my car back. Lied again said it went to wholesaler. Not true. Found on their other lot in Williamson,Wv. Don't deal with these guys.
