Bought a used Audi S7 from Audi North Shore. My overall purchase experience was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive at first but my salesperson, Adam, was patient with me and answered all my questions over the period of 5 days. He really went out of his way and I appreciate that. He even put me in contact with the service advisor, Seth, to answer some service questions I had on the vehicle. When it came time to make a decision, Adam was unavailable so I finished things up with Paul who was also very helpful. Overall a great experience at Audi North Shore and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future for my next car purchase. A+++

In the last 10 years I have purchased close to 30 vehicles and my experience with Kayser ranks at the top. I dealt mainly with Brent, but also Brandon and Adam and all three were great. This was a distance purchase so all 3 went out of their way to make sure all my needs and questions were taken care of in a timely fashion. There were no games most dealers like to play, constant communication, good lease price on the vehicle, and they even sent a driver to pick me up since I lived 2 hours away from the dealership. It doesn't get better than that. Other dealerships could take a page or two from the Kayser Sales playbook. A+++

After many months of searching, I finally found the perfect Suburban, but it's over 400mls away from my home in Missouri. The trip was WELL worth it! Sam, Kacie, McKenna, and the serviceman that worked last Saturday were pure gems. They went above and beyond to accommodate. McKenna did a video call and did a great job showing me the vehicle inside and out and answered my questions before I made the decision to make the big trip. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was super nice and accommodating. The vehicle was in a inside bay waiting for me to go through. There was absolutely no pressure from the staff and they made me feel very comfortable in their house. There was an issue with the blower fan and even on a Saturday a serviceman was able to fix it. Kacie and Sam answered all my questions and took really go care of me. The dreaded negotiation process was actually pleasant. Sam was VERY fair with numbers and turned his computer screen around to show how the numbers where working. Absolutely nothing hidden, total transparency. You can definitely tell that these people love their jobs and care about whoever walks through their doors. Thank you VERY much for the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The warmth and personable touch you guys showed me was/is not gone unnoticed and VERY appreciated. This dealership is not like all the others out there. I can not say enough about how awesome my whole experience with AutoConnectionZ was! The physical location is called Jim O’Connor Select Auto. That is exactly what it is, select. After arriving to have a test drive, I noticed that every single vehicle on the lot was super clean. The 2019 Honda Odyssey I purchased looked, and drove, like it was brand new. From the first email to driving off the lot was nothing short of professionalism and courtesy at it’s finest. I was given a more than fair amount on my trade in, which I wasn’t planning on doing until Jim made me an offer. The price I paid was roughly 10K less than the ones I was finding in Chicago that were no where near as in great condition. During our conversations, I was told that if they didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for that Geoff would have found it for me. Look no further if you want a great deal and an excellent experience.

On May 1, 2023, we were halfway through an extended vacation from Seattle, WA on our way to Holland, MI when our 2014 F350 6.7 lost power 15 miles from Tomah. We called the dealership there and they said we could park our large 5rh wheel in the back of the lot and they could evaluate it. Turns out we had extensive fuel issues (injector, pump, etc.). Real problem was obtaining parts. We ended up living in the back of their parking lot for 9 days. During that time, we were extended great service, kept well informed with what was occurring, and had multiple offers from the staff to assist us with groceries and shopping. At one point we talked to the sales department about purchasing another truck, however there was a sever national wide shortage of trucks (Ford, GM, and Dodge) and while you could find vehicles that were on order, very few were on lots. In the situation we were in, it could easily have been a bitter memory for us. As it is – we are great memories of the town of Tomah and especially the kind and thoughtful individuals at Morrie’s Tomah Ford.

What a pleasure it was to work with the entire Lynch staff! Patrick Smith went above and beyond from the get-go. He recently sold a car to my brother, so I already knew I was in good hands! I wasn't in any hurry to purchase a new car; I was simply just shopping around. Patrick and I initially spoke over the phone... a good 30 minute conversation. He truly listened and talked thru things with me. We scheduled to test drive a couple of cars the following weekend. I was able to free up time during the week and, with short notice, Patrick was able to accommodate. He never rushed any conversation, never pressured any decision and was gave his honest feedback on the vehicles. I fell in love with the 4Runner I test drove and schedule an appointment to come back the following weekend to pull the trigger. Patrick had scheduled PTO but came in just to meet with me and help me seal the deal. He was extremely responsive via phone and text to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout this process! Phath Ty, the Finance Director, was incredibly patient with me throughout the days; also incredibly responsive. After coming to agreement on numbers, Phath made the transaction extremely quick and easy! He took the time to explain everything, but also had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. I was in and out within an hour! Phath and Patrick were an extreme pleasure to work with. Our family will most definitely be sticking with the Lynch group because of these two. Highly recommend purchasing your next car (used or new) thru Lynch; specifically Patrick and Phath!
