I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.

I never felt like he was taking advantage of my ignorance like other dealerships did and he didn't try to force optional accessories and add-ons. I told him I wanted a used Toyota Corolla and he exceeded my expectations. I got a great deal on a new Corolla, which I didn't think was possible. The finance team was great as well. Bought a used Audi S7 from Audi North Shore. My overall purchase experience was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive at first but my salesperson, Adam, was patient with me and answered all my questions over the period of 5 days. He really went out of his way and I appreciate that. He even put me in contact with the service advisor, Seth, to answer some service questions I had on the vehicle. When it came time to make a decision, Adam was unavailable so I finished things up with Paul who was also very helpful. Overall a great experience at Audi North Shore and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future for my next car purchase. A+++
