It’s not often that you meet someone that is willing to do a job so thoughtfully and competently. Spending time at a dealership may not be at the top of anyone’s wish list for an afternoon, but Kevin made it seem more like a pleasant day trip out rather than what most would have in mind during a car purchase. Wow! What a wonderful car purchasing experience. I always bought Toyota products (last 40 years) but with their Highlander changes, I decided to look at a Lexus. I’m so happy I did and even happier Minna was the sales person who helped me. Minna was excellent to work with. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t push me into buying a car that I didn’t want or need. She knows the Lexus product line, was professional, and I walked away with zero buyer’s remorse. Talked with Tony by phone about a car we saw online. We flew up to buy it, they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Paperwork was fast and efficient. We were in and out as fast as possible which was at our request. It was a very pleasant experience unlike the many other times we have purchased cars. Tony was on vacation so Fred stepped in and helped us. He explained the car and did the paperwork. He set up both our phones to sink with the car and set up our Ford accounts to start the car, unlock doors etc. Fred was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are very happy with our purchase and with the entire buying process.
