Cooper purchased Hyundai in December 2024 Cooper Service made decision that I no longer have "tires for life" xx I purchased my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe in January 2022. At the time of purchase, I was told that I would receive “tires for life” as long as all vehicle service was performed at the Hyundai service department. I brought my car in for routine service today, 11/19/2025, and was informed that I need new tires costing over $1,000. One set of tires has already been replaced at no cost under this agreement. However, I’m now being told that without a “tires for life” certificate—which I was never given—I will be responsible for the full cost. I have consistently recommended Hyundai to others because of the excellent customer service I’ve received in the past, which makes this situation particularly disappointing.

Beware! They will make repairs, you clearly stated you did not want done and the service advisor stated on phone did not need to be done. I was charged for these then told by the service advisor, that’s not what he understood. All work done was unsatisfactory. The engine light was back on after leaving dealership. If you’re a woman without auto service knowledge, I would not trust Barkley. I will not return in fear of being taken advantage of again.

Purchased 2014 Buick lacrosse that I veiwed on line. Traded my 2013 Avalon and was able to negotiate all the details thru email and saved a lot of time prior to arriving at the dealership. New car was all as discussed and trade in value was at a fair market value wholesale. Great experience of an on line purchase. Dealer was located 100 miles from home and worth the trip.
