I WAS TREATED REAL GOOD, I WOULD recommend 👌 way better than Nissan on Lapalco.my things came up missing out of my truck,from being N there shop a little over three weeks and Manager take their sides as if I was lying.BUT THE SALESMAN WENT MISSING N ACTION FOR A While.I hated going therefore A truck rotation they put my truck on the other side on the ground not N the air,no one was working on my truck at all.three times tis had happen N I paid for them to do the job,N They lied N said they did it N they haven't.. Worst one yet I had to deal with.

One of the GM’s was very rude and did not hold anyone accountable for lying doing a sale. This was my first time financing a vehicle. I was lied to about a 2 month warranty by one of the financial person and the price I would receive with my trade-in by the sales person. (Bought lesson for me) Never sign to anything they tell you verbally, have them do it on paper. (Make sure you get a copy) One of the worst experiences. The disrespect was Awful. The GM person said they wasn’t going to fix my vehicle because of something like wear and tear (something to that extent) And he would not honor what the financial person said about the 2 months. (Fixing my Vehicle) ( of course the finance person lied about it, and said if they did say it , they apologize. (What???) Then the GM person told me they have nothing else to say to me. They are done. (even though I had a witness) And they said that it sounds like I have buyers remorse. No… you guys should have LIARS REMORSE!!!!!

Matt answered all our questions with great knowledge and in a detailed way that anyone can understand. The purchase process was quick and easy. I highly recommend Matt and Navarre Nissan. My wife struck something on the interstate destroying the exhaust system on her Murano. I called the dealership spoke to Mary and had the car towed in. In our first conversation Mary explained the process for the estimate and possible timeline for having the car repaired. Mary was so pleasant and forthcoming with her explanation including possible delays in the repair process ie, a holiday and availability of parts. Mary's ability to answer all questions my questions and her confidence and positive attitude were so refreshing, I never even asked for a completion date. My wife's car was completed quickly and with absolutely no issue. MY wife is a Hospice Nurse and her car is her office. Having it repaired and back in service quickly was a must. I would recommend All Star Nissan for anyone needing Nissan service/repairs and tell them to ask for Mary.
