After some early miscommunication I have nothing but praise for the service group at CM Toyota. They are top notch. From the time I arrived the I was treated with courtesy. Everyone involved with getting my car back on the road this made it as painless as possible for me. Someone checked on my warranty, and that all was in order before I arrived with my car. I spoke to Brad and he thought knew what the problem was and let me know the part was back ordered. He later called me to confirm the diagnosis and let me know that Toyota was paying for the rental car. A gentleman ( I did not get his name) made sure I had a rental car available and also made sure I had a ride to Enterprise to pick up the rental car. He stayed with me at Enterprise until the keys for the rental were in my hand. Then Matt at Toyota rentals found another car from their fleet that I had for two weeks after that. What was bound to be an ordeal was made a lot smoother because of the professional and courteous treatment I received from the staff at CM Toyota.
Later, after walking up to the vehicle in a parking lot I noticed that the dent on the back panel had been smoothed out some too. Sorry I didn't see that when I picked up the car from the service area.
