I had a really positive experience with Isabel, she answered questions, gave good info and was very low pressure, no pressure at all, a perfect sales associate. She was patient, showed me what I wanted to see, and was very helpful. I found a used Camry, and am very happy with it. Thank you, Isabel! And also, thank you, Ruben; I think Ruben supervised Isabel, he was very hands off and she was awesome. They also made sure any issues with the car were addressed, and the body shop did an awsome job. Ethan handled financing, and he was very helpful, informative, and answered questions completely. Each of these pros were friendly, low key, very very helpful.

I recently purchased from them and it was the worst experience ever. This dealership is not transparent and will pack on warranties without the customers knowledge; they are deceptive. They operate using shady business practices. If you do buy from them, take a screenshot of everything you sign, as soon as you sign it. They will not give you copies of the forms.

He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the truck we NEEDED. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process seem easy and without any hassles. Additionally, Derek and the maintenance team were exceptional in coordinating the install of custom tires and truck bed cover.
