Service technicians are not very knowledgeable. I had a power steering leak and they wanted to replace the entire line system. They also told me my brake pads were in desperate need of replacing and were at 3mm all 4 wheels. Ended up taking to another garage and they found the actual leak and fixed it. It was only one small hard line that is replaceable. Original Nissan part less than $70 plus labor. The brakes were not at 3 mm. They were measured with digital calipers at 6-7mm and brand new pads are only 9.7mm roughly. Dealership wanted to charge over $2600 to fix.

I bought a used Kia from here and ran into an engine issue not long after. At first, it was frustrating, but once they fully inspected it, they found the problem and submitted it under the extended warranty I didn’t even realize I had. They replaced the engine with one that had fewer miles, put me in a loaner car while the work was done, and even refunded my out-of-pocket cost. They really stepped up and made it right. Things didn’t start perfect, but they handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of in the end. I appreciate the way they stood behind their sale.

Buyer beware! My sales person Taylor Bayait was great. Helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for at a great price. The auto loan through Subaru Chase came with a very low percentage due to my excellent credit history. All of the paperwork was filled out completely and accurately, great experience right? Wrong. Williams Subaru of Sayre forwarded an incorrect Social Security Number on my auto loan to Subaru Chase. For the past two months Williams Subaru of Sayre have been unable to correct THEIR mistake. My calls to the financial customer service office at Subaru Chase have been a catch-22. They are unable to correct the Social Security number even after I spent over an hour and a half getting a copy of my Social Security number and a letter stating my correct Social Security number. This was given to Williams Subaru of Sayre who said they would correct their error. Two months later and Williams Subaru of Sayre and Subaru Chase still have my name and financial information tied to a bogus social security number. They seem unwilling or unable to correct their mistake. All Subaru Chase will tell me is the Social Security number that they have on file from Williams does not match and they cannot correct it. Williams Subaru of Sayre says they have tried to correct it and can’t understand why they can’t correct their mistake. In this day of identity theft my identity has been hijacked through no fault of my own and Williams Subaru of Sayre and Subaru Chase seem to not care enough to correct THEIR mistake. BUYER BEWARE with Williams Subaru of Sayre.

The sales manager Jonathan Bailey is a liar and scammed me out of $2000 on my trade in. I also witnessed him make disgusting racial comments about a black family that left without buying a car from him. I brought both issues to Burdick management who referred me to Tom Major. He just sat there with a creepy look on his face and seemed to echo his staffs racial sentiments. Obviously my complaints have gone no where but it’s important to know the type of people you’re dealing with when buying from a Burdick dealership. Worst people around. Go elsewhere

I had tires switched from winter to summer. I went back in the next day because the alignment was off. They did an alignment and an oil change. A couple days later I went back in because the car was pulling hard to the right and shaking at 30mph. The employee who drove my car to see what was happening said that I wasn't crazy and that it was shaking and pulling a little. He wrote a letter for the service department on Monday (this was Saturday) Obviously, I was not treated with respect. Then I tried to contact the office a few times without a response on Monday. Went in on Tuesday morning and they told me that in my notes from changing the tires in December that my summer tires were passable but not really usable. I checked my paperwork at home and it didn't state any of this. I truly felt I was lied to. I brought it in another day and they swtiched my front two tires. This entire situation was awful and I will no longer be dealing with them in the future. During the drive with the employee (I believe was the sales manager) I sat in the back with my two young children, with my husband in the front seat. Telling me that I wasn't crazy was quite rude and unnecessary. When I switched my tires in December, I asked if they would be fine for another season and the answer was yes.After checking my paperwork, there was nothing that stated I really couldn't use my tires. Being lied to is unacceptable.

I’ve had my car almost two years now. From the salesman to when I picked up my car everything was great. Staff was friendly. I changed my mind on which model I wanted after the paperwork was started and they did it for me. I take my car there for all it’s service and they are always so friendly and not overpriced at all. I’ll never go anywhere else.
