These guys are literally angels. I have been fighting for a newer to me car for the past couple months around uniontown where I’m located with no luck, and they made it happen. Jacob Borden is a top tier salesman and made it as stress-free as possible. He stayed over late last night just to make sure the deal went through. And the financing guy, David Debruyn worked very hard to ensure it did too, on top of hooking me up with the best deal they had for me. There was no rushing me into making a decision, or trying to upsell me when I said I couldn’t afford to do that. If I could rate these guys and this dealership 100 stars I would. And will definitely recommend everyone to go here. Definitely worth the 1.5-2hr drive. Thank you guys so much again!

Andrea worked diligently with us to ensure we purchased the correct SUV for our needs. She thoroughly knows the ins and out of the SUV we selected and for the questions she did not know regarding warranty, she went and found the answers for us. We appreciated her going above and beyond when she understood our crazy family schedule and met us at our home with the car to make sure our children fit safely in the car. She worked with us and the detailers at Jim Shorkey to have the car immaculate at pick-up. She met with her manager, Pete, to help us have a more positive experience regarding a trade-in. Andrea went over the technology on the car with me and stated if I had any further questions, I could reach out to her in the future. Andrea was a great salesperson at Jim Shorkey Kia, and we would recommend her.

Upon reading the many wonderful reviews on Diehl Kia of Beaver, we took a ride over. Upon arriving on the car lot, we were greeted by a young, mature and very knowledgeable Damian Southwick. He answered every question in great detail and answered questions on things we didn't even realize to ask. From the beginning of our introduction to the end, we were treated with great respect and loved our new experience with Damian at Diehl. We custom ordered a 2025 Kia Carnival, which arrived weeks in advance to our great surprise and complete amazement. I would recommend Dia Kia of Beaver to anyone.

I just purchased a 2023 Sorento from Cochran Kia. They made the car buying process straightforward and fair. They even corrected an error that occurred in the finance office, giving me a better deal than expected due to a year end Kia Incentive. Long story short, I was charged $500 more than I should have been. I discovered the error, and informed my sales associate. I also asked him to pass along the information to his manager. Naturally, I thought the worst, and did not expect to hear back. This morning, I received a call from the general sales manager, and was informed I would receive a check in the mail for $500 plus the extra tax I paid. They could have chose to do nothing, but instead, they acted with integrity and made the situation right. I appreciate that honest approach throughout the entire process, and will choose Cochran Kia again in the future.

Do NOT go there. My Sorento made a knocking noise when turning Rt or Lt. C3KIA had it for 9 weeks. Returned it to me with steering wheel on crooked, horn disabled, alarm horn smashed, and all the wiring cut for the professionally-installed aftermarket remote start/alarm system. (had a 1/4 mile range, and would auto -start if really cold outside- waaay better than the one KIA offered). C3KIA remounted the steering wheel, fixed the horn, but refused to replace the alarm horn, and refused to repair the remote start system that they destroyed. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM. And they failed to properly diagnose and repair the steering issue. Another time, the tank-mounted fuel pump was leaking (old age). C3KIA said tank needed to be removed for the repair. NOT TRUE. It is accessible through a port under the R.Rear passenger seat, so the repair elsewhere was $200, not the $900 C3KIA demanded. STAY AWAY FROM C3KIA!!!!

The service department is an absolute joke! Had my car towed there for an engine replacement (under warranty) in late January and first was told that they have no loaner cars available and I would be put on a “list” to receive one. Fine , no problem. They had my car for a month and a half and that “loaner car” never became available. I called the service department several times and left a voicemail to return my call (which NEVER happened). I did get to speak to the so called service manager who assured me that she would return my call by the end of the business day (which of course NEVER happened). I finally got my car back in march and submitted all of my receipts from the rental cars that I had to get for 2 months and was told that they would submit them and I should receive a refund in a week or two. I called the Kia warranty company and they said that they can’t see any proof of receipts being submitted and the lady from the warranty company called them directly and left a message and of course, her call was never returned either. Now going on 2 months, I called the warranty company again today and lo and behold, still no submission of receipts so I’m going to submit them myself. The dealership itself is fine but the service department is a total joke and lacks any type of customer care. In my opinion, FIRE everybody on the customer support team (especially the manager) and for service, go somewhere , ANYWHERE else.
