We've had a number of vehicles and dealership experiences over the years, and this by far was the best experience we've had. From our first inquiry to taking possession of the vehicle, everyone at Rohrich was so pleasant and easy to work with. I would like to mention Lou Congelier specifically, as he was so great to work with and ensured all of our many questions were answered and that we were happy with our decision--which we are. Out of all the dealerships we've dealt with in the area, Rohrich stands far above the rest.

This is the 3rd time that I had my car in for the exact same reason ..... my brakes!!!! Once I had to have it towed back from Columbus Ohio. Sean and Zack were no help at all. The dealership tends to blame the customers, and from what I've heard from other people, they've had the same issue with the dealership and have chosen not to return. I wish I had known that before I bought this "lemon". All 3 times that I found my brakes were faulty, I was driving on I-70 and almost wrecked, and once I was into the back of a semi-truck! This time, when I took it in, I sat in the waiting room from 9:00 until 2:30 (and yes Sean, I know I did not have an appt.). In between there, I was not told that the company shut down for a company picnic until I went looking for someone to give me an update on my car. This was on July 3rd, and it is now July 18th, and they are telling me that they are not going to fix my car! It is still under warranty!!! What a joke Whiteside's is!

The car we purchased for for my wife and Ernie was extremely helpful guiding her through the the process and helping decipher the technology that's available in the car. My wife is fully setup and excited to be in her new Cadillac!

Just purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac srx.... I dreaded buying another car as I own another Cadillac 2014 XTS and here we go again with the torcher of buying another new car.... Dealt with Gary who is the head of sales for all of the Bowser stores and Michael at the Peters Twp.Cadillac store... Gary gave us the best price from the get go.... no game playing... harassing calls... just straight forward numbers to decide from the beginning... Everyone at that dealership treats you so nice and helpful no high pressure... no one could touch there price.... As soon as the warranty is up on the XTS I will be back for another car from them.... Unable to diagnose and fix steering rack issue - bssj

I took my 2011 CTS-V in for a steering issue several times. Showed them what it does, describe the issue in detail and they told me there were no issues. Informed me it was the wide tires and curvature of the road I was feeling. I also had radio reception issues which they said was most likely due to the antenna in the rear window being defective. Replaced my rear glass TWICE cause they messed it up the first time and it didn't even fix the issue. Ended up taking it to Baierl Cadillac and they diagnosed the steering issue within 20 min as an internal gear failure. Replaced steering rack and problem was solved. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
