I recently bought my second vehicle from this dealership. - edmccue513
I recently bought my second vehicle from this dealership. While my experience the first time was Outstanding and drove me to return when a saleman reached out to me over text message. I really wasn't in the market for a car but the car I was driving was bought while I was in a Capter 13 and the loan rate was horrid and now that my credit score is much better and the backrupcy discharged I took a look at their inventory and found a car that peaked my interest. I went in to take a look and made a deal that was good for me and got me into a loan with a far better rate. Up to this point my experience was about as good as my first experience. However the car came with one key and I was told at the time of purchase that they were ordering me another key from the factory and it should take about a week so my wife and I have been sharing the one key. I texted my salesman this morning to see what the status of the second key is and I had not recieved a response so I called the dealership this afternoon to find out that my salesman no longer works there. So far no problem. They connected me to the salesmanager Travis. This is where things started going south. Travis acted like it was my fault I had not gotten my second key yet. Had a (very close to unprofessional) attitude and decided to talk to me like a teenager. For context I am in my 50's and this is far from the first car I have ever bought. It may seem like a small thing but a deal was made. I agreed to purchase a vehicle under a set of conditions one of which is a primary and SECONDARY key. This is a standard thing. Waiting 2 weeks and then a third now because I have to have a key ordered which I was assured was done and make an appointment with service to get the key cut and programmed. So next saturday at this point which will put us at 22 days for something that should have happened within one week. Had I been given accurate information on the day I bought the car I would have made the arrangements I needed to right then and right there. Maybe this is why the salesman no longer works there but this is hardly my fault and regardless of what ever is going on with TRAVIS, he should have acted more professionally on thephone with me. Secondly, It is a used vehicle and is in pretty close to new shape there is some ver minor damage on the pasanger side rear door and into the back quater panel. Not even super noticeable but I know it's there and I want to get it fixed. I bought some touch up paint for the car but like for most new and newer vehicles it is basically a pen. I went to a body shop (they can bite me for what they want to charge for such a small repair. I was told by the parts guy at the dealer that they have a body guy that comes in once a week. and would probably charge me about $150 to fix the damage. My sales guy stated he would come to me as well. Not sure how true that is but I was supposed have recieved a call from him by now and I have not. Cherry hill Mitsubishi has now cost this guy money because I have no idea how to get a hold of him and I'm not planning on asking Travis. I am not likely to buy another vehicle from them now since the culture seems to be "you signed so now we're done giving a xxxx" I cannot comment on the rest of the sales staff since the only 2 salesmen I've dealt with there no longer work there and TRAVIS has an attitude problem. He probably should not be working with the public in any capacity if he talks to everyone like that and if it's just me that he decided to get smart with then I would like to know what made him think he can speak to another grown man like I was one of his kids. Either way stay away from this place. Do not buy a car there. If you did buy a car there already and it's still under warranty and you need service go to another mitsubishi dealer. I am going there to get my key because they owe it to me and {{{TRAVIS}}} said I don't have to pay for the key. No KIDDING TRAVIS!!!! It's included
