Chris Lee was beyond phenomenal from start to end. From the beginning he was very pleasant and even in negotiations he was very easy to work with. Helped me through the whole process in buying my Volkswagen Arteon which I really appreciated. He showed me where the service department was so I knew where to go and showed me all the in and outs of the car. Very knowledgeable guy. My mom will be getting a Passat soon and since I was treated so well by Chris, Joe Holland will be getting the business. I might add that all the gentleman there were very friendly from the managers to the other dealers.

My Tucson car broke down while I was in Boone, NC. - TH

My Tucson car broke down while I was in Boone, NC. Because there was no dealership there it was towed to Classic Hyundai in Wilksboro. While I could read the code on my phone that indicated the problem they could not figure it out. They said their technicians were not smart enough. It took over 2 1/2 weeks to get it towed back to Raleigh where we live. The dealership here fixed it in one day (Southern States Hyundai). Wilksboro also let the battery drain completely!! They should not have a dealership!!!!! Don’t buy from them.
