Absolutely the most unprofessional and shady dealership to work with. DO NOT BUY HERE. They will lose your paperwork multiple times to avoid paying you money owed and then attempt to defraud you out of more money by claiming you were the reason paperwork isn’t submitted properly. They like to play charge back games and screw the customers all the while laughing in your face over the phone.

This is NOT a honest business. They just don't care. I bought my car from them on November 1, 2017. They do not get their cars properly checked out in the beginning. Not only did I have to call them to remind them to file my paperwork in order to receive my license plate: here is a list of repairs that I have had to deal with in the 2 months since buying this car: A new transmission Engine Oil Cooler Oil cooler gasket Oxygen sensors Exhaust Manifold Gasket set CV axle shaft Added 2 qts of oil, along with brake fluid, and transmission fluid. Replaced lights inside that were burnt out. They refuse to contact me when I call, and they never fixed my passenger side door handle that they AGREED to fix and cover the cost on when I signed the paperwork. Yes, I bought a warranty, but they didn't cover everything and I had to put hundreds of dollars in order to get everything repaired. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they refused to settle that way. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I hope they understand that karma will come back to bite them in the end.

I purchased a pre-owned Azera. The saleman, Tim DaCosta was professional and courteous. We went for a test drive, then he allowed me to sign the car out for three days to be comfortable with the vehicle. I asked for two items on the car to be corrected, and those were done quickly and without hassle. The transaction was easy...each aspect was explained thoroughly. All costs were explained and shown in writing. The car is in excellent shape and has been problem free. I have compared pricing before and since the purchase and am confident I received a favorable price for the car. Mr. DaCosta has followed up to make sure I was pleased with the purchase, and did everything he promised to earn my business. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

Bought a 2008 Aston Martin DB9 Volante which 'passed PPI' - car will not pass emissions in Nevada. Carolina Exotic Cars (Carolina Cabriolet Motors) has never sent me a copy of the PPI which I have a paid receipt and invoice. Car came of the trailer with out enough gas to make it to a gas station - 1/8 mile from my home. Gas gauge is off by 65 miles. If they can pass a buck they will pass HURLE it!

I was on-site ready to buy a vehicle and they sold it out from under me. “ Hello Mr Nelson this is Todd from Smart Cars by Wieland the GX Lexus is out at the moment Bella let the customers take it to pre sell inspection” Sent to me moments after I called to say I was on my way with payment and insurance. I walked in the door and John looked me in the eye and said “don’t worry I was very firm with them that you were going to buy the truck”. He sent me to lunch to wait for the vehicle. John had me waiting for over 3 hours before telling me he had sold the vehicle to someone These folks lied to my face and wasted a total of 2 days and over $100 of mine. I have bought lots of cars over the years. I strongly suggest you avoid these clowns

Initially, I thought I was dealing with an honest car dealer who delivers anywhere in the country. Sight unseen, we agreed on pricing for the truck I wanted and the truck I had to trade. We exchanged photos, videos, etc. I was told the truck was in excellent condition - which it should be from a dealer and at a cost of $64K. Upon delivery there was a tick in the engine and the next morning the engine light came on. I called the dealer and no one called me back, I called again and was told that they would get back to me at 10am Monday... never called back. Meanwhile I took it to a local dealer and the engine light indicated the motor was blown. Luckily it was under a factory warranty. Upon complaining to the BBB in Raleigh, they said - It was in excellent condition, we will call you back. And... they still have never called me about this. Buyer beware in dealing with this dealership. Their sales manager nor their owner wouldn't even call me back. It took a month to get the new motor installed by my local RAM dealer. Either the iDeal Auto sales team and owner is dishonest or their shop that "fully inspected" the vehicle is incompetent.

I had the best experience buying 2 cars from this dealers. They are professional, patient, and most of all honest. I plan to go buy from them again. Sam, who serviced me went above and beyond what a dealer would normally do to accommodate me. Most of all their prices are not only ressonable, but the best I've seen in Wake County. Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator after driving 3+ hours - Ed

Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator after driving 3+ hours to get it. Check Engine Light was flashing before I got it home and Deny at dealership not standing behind the product. I got a diagnostic at AutoZone (Only place they would let me do it because it was free) and it indicated misfire in 3 cylinders and 1 random misfire and recommendation to replace the Ignition coils and spark plugs. I then got an estimate for that work which was for 921 dollars parts and labor and shared back with Deny at dealership and he talked to his local mechanic and then offered to send me 92 dollars for one ignition coil as it their cost for the part without understanding the issue or reading the diagnostic report from AutoZone that clearly has 4 codes of issue. terrible experience in then standing behind the sale, you drive off the lot they are done. I now discovered they had turned of the power running boards and now I know why, the one on the drivers side doesn't work. Do yourself a big favor and find another place to purchase your vehicle.
