If I could leave zero stars, I would. - Matt

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Beware of this very shady company. I purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee from them, and less than a month later the vehicle broke down. I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, and was basically told, “It’s a used car.” He also told me the warranty they sold me would cover everything and instructed me to take the Jeep to a dealership for repairs. After the dealership inspected the vehicle, they found it wouldn’t even pass inspection. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve had to spend several thousand dollars on repairs, including: 2 new batteries 2 motor mounts Battery-to-alternator wiring replacement Alternator replacement Radio replacement Driveshaft replacement Water pump replacement Rear trunk motor replacement Thermostat replacement This vehicle should never have been sold in the condition it was in. The warranty was also extremely misleading. They claimed it was their “highest package” and would cover just about everything, but when it came time to use it, I found out it wouldn’t cover dealership labor rates because the dealership charged more per hour. After being instructed to take it there to only pay deductible. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying a vehicle from this company. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

They made things easy and smooth. - samanthaproppe

They made things easy and smooth. Got my car the same day. Would highly recommend.

I have purchased many vehicles from a variety of - gstroud56

I have purchased many vehicles from a variety of dealerships. The experience I had with Capital Subaru of Greenville was the easiest and least stressful I have ever encountered. I was looking to purchase a late model pre-owned Subaru but ended up with a brand new vehicle with the same options as the pre-owned vehicles I was interested with only a small amount of increase in cost. There was no haggling on price, no false promises, and every individual encountered throughout this process was phenomenal. Everyone was kind, friendly, helpful, and willing to do what it took to make this a pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone, and I absolutely love my new Subaru Crosstrek!

I had an excellent experience with Flow Cadillac! - gleward

I had an excellent experience with Flow Cadillac! My wife and I were searching for a specific Cadillac, and despite living in Central Florida where local dealers couldn't quite find what we wanted, Flow Cadillac came through. They had exactly the model we were looking for, and the process was seamless. Brennen Martone, our sales associate, went above and beyond to work out all the details and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Juan Garcia, the business manager, was efficient and professional, making the whole paperwork process quick and hassle-free. The car was delivered last night, and although I haven't had much time to explore all its features yet, it looks fantastic. The entire team did a spectacular job, and I truly appreciate their dedication and effort. Thanks to everyone at Flow Cadillac for making this a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Purchase a used 2023 Subaru Ascent with an extend - Repkojoe

Purchase a used 2023 Subaru Ascent with an extend warranty. I have called there 10 times to speak to the finance manager over the past week. As I have several questions on the extend warranty coverage. I have yet to receive a return call to my inquiry. I found their lack of a reply to be very unprofessional…. Shameful For Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte to treat a customer! Beware of this treatment!!!

In my 40+ years of buying cars for myself and my family, - kzmom

In my 40+ years of buying cars for myself and my family, this was the BEST car buying experience ever. Jordan, the sales rep, was a straight-shooter. Not only was he honest, he didn't play games, and he treated me with respect. He answered every question with a smile and took me seriously ... no matter how many times I asked or how many questions I asked. The finance guy, Eli, explained everything well and had the entire process stream-lined so it didn't take forever. Michael, the manager, came into the office, sat down and visited, and explained his philosophy of great customer service - which he lives and inspires his team to carry you. I felt seen, heard, and appreciated. Capital Nissan has a great team and great products!

Rating: 1/5 Stars Worst experience I have ever had - ShannonStewartLN

Rating: 1/5 Stars Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I purchased a used car from Land Rover Cape Fear after reviewing a Carfax report stating that the dealership had performed full vehicle checks and complete brake service. Within just 10 months and 7,000 miles, the vehicle unexpectedly required a full engine replacement and new brakes. To make matters worse, they kept my car for 3 full months to complete the repairs. Communication during this entire period was abysmal—I received virtually no updates or returned phone calls unless I repeatedly reached out and chased them down myself. To top it off, during a state inspection, they tried to claim the car needed a brake pad change and would fail inspection without it. When I declined the service, they went ahead and passed the vehicle anyway—a clear attempt to bait customers into paying for unnecessary work. Land Rover Cape Fear charges premium luxury prices but delivers completely substandard, inept service and atrocious communication. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Gti Purchase - TUrbocharger20*

I was in the market for a Focus ST and thought I should stop by National on the way. Not only was the car amazing but the National VW team was so welcoming! I had the pleasure of working with both Chris and Pete and together they made my purchasing experience very comfortable! An extremely clean dealership with a proficient and welcoming staff!

My review is a two part! - italian464

My review is a two part!! First to my incredible salesperson Nick - I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick Pappas. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered every question honestly, and worked incredibly hard to get us into my beautiful car!! Buying a car can feel overwhelming, but he made the entire process feel comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to his dedication, I drove home in my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers, ask for Nick Pappas!! You won’t be disappointed! ------------------------------------------------- I want to personally thank Mike Garner for creating such an outstanding culture at this dealership. You can tell when leadership values honesty, integrity, and customer service because every person we interacted with reflected those qualities. Thank you for treating my husband and I with kindness, respect, and transparency throughout the entire process. I never felt like just another customer...I felt like someone whose needs truly mattered. Because of you and your team, I left with not only a vehicle I absolutely love but also an experience I’ll be talking about for a long time. Please know that your leadership does not go unnoticed. It made all the difference.

Very poor service department. - Cb_allen2000

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

Just purchased a used Lexus from Sale Auto Mall and the Sales representative "Paul Jarman" was great to work with. Pricing was excellent and service was fast and easy. There was a manager who helped with the sale who was great to talk to while we waited for our paperwork. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Sale Auto Mall and recommend it to all my co-workers at Moen Inc.

Marie was very attentive and I’m very difficult at times. - judy

Marie was very attentive and I’m very difficult at times. She did what I asked show me cars and Not asked me 5000 questions cause I already knew when I walked in what I might want. She showed me my car. I said that’s the one she hooked me up got me finance and if I have to I’ll buy my next one from her. I’ll hunt her down. I hope that you. know that you need to keep people like her on your team because when you walk into a place to spend a lot of money, you really like seeing peoples faces that you know I’ve got a couple of Miata’s and another bravo and I’ve never seen a person in there that I recognized. So we love seeing Marie even though that’s not how to spell her name great showroom comfortable The weight wasn’t as bad as I thought moved along quickly. Thank you volvo for getting me my new volvo again.

Excellent Service - james15case

I just purchased my second Fiat from Auto Express. The customer service was superior once again. I worked with Justin Sutton and he was kind, honest, straight forward and didn't play the typical "salesman game." He went above and beyond to make my experience the best possible. The entire team of professionals were great to work with. Tim, the finance manager worked very hard to accomodate me in every way and is continuing to work on getting me the best interest rate possible. I would recommend anyone who is interested in a new or used vehicle go and ask for Justin Sutton. I know when I am ready for another vehicle he will be the first I contact.

I spent as much time researching local dealerships as I - Lori Ann

I spent as much time researching local dealerships as I did searching for a replacement vehicle for my recent car purchase. 100's of verified purchase reviews, BBB reviews and complaints as well as car sales platforms had endless horror stories of engine failures, added costs and mechanical problems less than 30 days after purchase. I even expanded my search to Charlotte and Raleigh but still had issues with less than steller reviews. A good looking car at an attractive price online can still lead to Buyer's Remorse with the wrong dealership. Balkcum Auto Sales was the only dealership that passed the review test with flying colors. So, after an exhaustive 6 week search I ended up back at Balkcum and purchased a beautiful Mercedes-Benz E 350 Sedan in pristine condition. This was my second Mercedes-Benz purchase with Balkcum, the first being a GLK 350 two years prior, which gave me great driving pleasure with no issues. You might find your next dream car elsewhere at a lower price but any hidden problems will cost you much more over time. Balkcum Autos is the best place to find a reliable car at a reasonable price. Ask for Jamie Allen for your next car - he is patient, knowledgeable and will work to put you in the vehicle best suited for you!

Can't thank Ronnie enough - Rob2006

Bought a 2006 Jeep Wrangler and come to find out it did need some work. After taking to the owner Ronnie. He told me that he would replace the parts it needed. No hassle and good honest man. Thank you Ronnie

Never even bothered to respond. - tjohnsonsalesguy

Never even bothered to respond. Must not be interested in selling the vehicle I inquired about.

The staff was friendly but they wouldn’t budge on the - Burntd3

The staff was friendly but they wouldn’t budge on the price of a car which was poorly repainted (told due to clear coat issue) and had extensive corrosion issues in many areas due to being located in coastal Florida. We offered cash out the door and no attempt was made to even meet in the middle. We left a business card with our last offer but have not heard back again. 2+ weeks later that car is still on their lot.

Service was great. - Gouletpeter

Service was great. People are great. Been though several of deacon Jones places and they are always top notch.
