The service department of Nissan of South Morrow, GA's - LT2020TURBO
The service department of Nissan of South Morrow, GA's customer service was one of the best I've had. I was very pleased.
I'm from Florida, and was visiting family in Georgia. I drove a 2019 Rogue, and looked for a Nissan dealership just for service maintenance. However, I had acquired many miles on the car, and in the very back of my mind was that when I get back to Florida I might purchase or trade in the car. Something I never did before or planned on was purchasing a vehicle in a different state.
I was approached by a manager who asked if I would be interested in an upgrade, trade in, or new car that he could have a sales associate speak to me about.
I thought about it and agreed, and had asked him to please give me one of his best salespersons.
He sure did. I had the opportunity to meet Charleese, the salesperson who aided me with my experience at this Nissan dealership. In fact, instantly I was greeted not just with a warm smile, but a genuine demeanor that instantly reassured me that I would be receiving good customer service! That is rare, because I wouldn't normally make that assumption before the actual totality or during the service!
The customer service that I've received from the entire staff was not just good service. It was great service! Exponentially, Charleese presented me with stellar customer service. Top notch, times ten!
In comparison, nowadays, somehow we live in a time where it seems that, receiving any overly satisfying customer service experience has become like "rocket science" so to speak. So, it is more than refreshing to receive not only great service, but also more than expected. The salesperson Charleese has shown and delivered that in spades. She is a hard worker, and has your best interest constantly in mind.
Lastly, I've been to many dealerships before in life, of course, as many may have. There's one thing that was always the biggest factor to me to buy or to pull out of them. I gauge my decisions on the amount of pressure to buy or not to. I forgot all about that working with Charleese. She did not, and does not put pressure, or coercion tactics to try to persuade someone to buy.
I've had salespersons and an entire staff in the past in other dealerships who put more pressure on me than a hydraulic press! So it was the most important thing for me to work with someone who does not do that, if anything.
Charleese will not have an "hydraulic press" on you for any coercion.
She doesn't need it for someone to choose to purchase, or to make a Nissan conversion!
Thanks Charleese!
