Woody Folsom Ford had the truck I wanted and we were able to agree on a very fair price. We traveled 4 hours to get the truck and I would definitely buy my next one from them too. Highly recommend this dealership.

Kristen is a dynamic asset to the service department on - gabelle13

Kristen is a dynamic asset to the service department on the Nissan side!! It was extremely busy and she was constantly her and there keeping up with everything and when i checked out she had even printed out quote for tires for me. I didn’t ask nor did I think she had time to do it. The whole dept is efficient and friendly. Thanks so much

An Amazing Experience! - Rickytm5

I believe that the experience at a dealership starts with its people and it continues from there with the Delerships overall building, grounds quality and then it’s inventory. NeSmith absolutely exceeds on all of these areas. They have the most friendliest personnel that I’ve ever seen, their building is beautiful, the exterior and interior are well maintained and best of all, they have athe largest inventory, diverse selection of automobiles and (custom) Trucks not found anywhere. I found that The Service and Parts Department continues and makes sure that your buying experience doesn’t stop there, they make sure that your new vehicle receives its necessary service on time, they also provide you with the installation of any additional accessories that parts may offer you or that you may want to enhance your new or used vehicle experience. Thank y’all for a job well done !!!!

7-1-20 When our son in Tx learned we were looking for a specific truck he suggested Woody Folsom having purchased 2 trucks there himself. We had searched the Internet for a new 2019 Silverado 2500 Duramax, black on black. When our son contacted Woody Folsom Automotive they found the exact truck we wanted in 24 hours and it was delivered to Tx just a few days later! Everything about dealing with Woody Folsom Automotive was a wonderful and seamless experience. They are prompt, helpful and courteous. Even after the purchase their support is tops! I highly recommend this dealership. Tom Fabris. Reva, South Dakota

Awful company. They will lie and deceive you to make a profit! Don’t buy here

We will be return customers. - gatorgirl011

We will be return customers. From start to finish, everyone was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. This was definitely the most hassle-free, expedited purchase at a dealership we've ever made. Our salesman, Jaimeson, was the best and we look forward to working with him again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and emailed throughout the week, requesting a few pictures of the interior (I lived 2 1/2 hrs away, but was cash in hand ready if all checked out) because the ones on autotrader were inaccurate according to their claim that the seats were completely black. They put me off for two days, telling me if not tonight, immediately the next morning they would have the pics to me. Never sent them(would have preferred honesty if they just didn't have the time rather than wasting my time waiting for nothing). Eventually just told me to come in, the interior is fine. They proceeded to call me after sending this email and when i called back, treated me extremely rude and said "he wasn't going to argue with me about blue and black seats" "Whats the big "hubub" about the pictures?" As I politely handled the whole converation and said thank you anyway he proceeded to say "ya ya blah blah blah as he hung up the phone. The most unprofessional way I have ever seen business be handled. I would NEVER purchase a car from this company.

Over all I think they are great people but could be a little more friendly. It could be just a personality issue with me and I admit that. They have always done everything they said they will do and the vehicle I bought is fantastic!! Out of a 1-10 scale I would give them a 7+
