Mitchell Nissan and their team have always surpassed my expectations. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it. Worn brake pad with rotos...Check break pads myself and they are fine and roto should be fine e for life of vehicle with proper brake pads.. Spouse gave a coupon for 20 percent off new battery, coupon not honered...I am done with Nissan...
