No way would i recommend the service dept. poor management explained the problem with air ride system they ignored me charged me 600 and had the same problem they fixed NOTHING still had same leak problem i same spot ! had to go to ram and they refunded my money ram said that would go against the dealership

My Experience was a bit negative on this servicing of my Lincoln. It took over two weeks to get the car finished. I realize that your dealership had internet problems and that the part took a week to get but no one communicated with me and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone.

Ever since I have moved here a little over a year ago, I have always taken my ford vehicles to a Ford Quick Lane for regular oil changes. When I moved, I was not to sure where to go for my oil changes and regular maintenance. I have found an AMAZING Ford Quick Lane Service Center. It is located on Hughes Rd, right off of Interstate 72 in Madison, Al. The staff there are Amazing, I personally want to Shout Out to Kasey Allen - Service Writer!!!!! Ever since I started going there, he has ALWAYS gone Above and Beyond with his GREAT Customer Service, he treats me with the Upmost Respect and makes me feel like part of his family!!! He always answers all my questions and is an AWESOME Listener!!!! He explains everything in detail and takes his time to make sure I understand everything!!!! I HIGHLY Recommend this Ford Service Center to Everyone!!!! You will definitely be treated with GREAT Customer Service from Kasey and everyone!!!! Great company. Recommend highly. I cannot think of enough nice things to say about this dealership. Everything was explained fully. Prices were easy to get. I did not have to give my soc sec number just to get the price. Follow up has been great. Salesperson has called more than once. I even get my first oil chanhe free!

HORRIBLE PLACE! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND CROOKED AS THEY COME. LAST WEEK OF MARCH 2019 I PURCHASED A 2016 FORD F 250 SUPER DUTY, WITH $20k down and financed the remaining balance. After making payments for almost a year this Dealership not the finance company Capital One, decides to come pick up the truck . After waiting this entire time for them to send my information to get my tags, which i never received and the finance company also never received the title. They totally disregarded the 10 day purchase agreement rule they they can not pick a vehicle up after 10 days and without some kind of written notice being sent, which is under Title 8 of the Consumer Law.I have never received any form of communication with them other than to pick up my vehicle to where i can not even get to work. I have called and emailed and left messages no replies have been given even after a week of trying to reach someone. They will not let me speak to any of the higher ups over Cindy Davis. They have basically stole my truck . i am now left with no transportation and no downpayment and no answers . I dont even know where my truck is or how to get it back because no one will communicate with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . THEY ARE CROOKS! ANYONE WITH ANY INFORMATION I CAN USE TO HELP OR ANY ATTORNEYS THAT WILL HELP ME I DESPERATELY NEED HELP!!!! MKFARRIS20@GMAIL.COM

On October of 2003 we found some manufature defects in our tires. And finding we had some vehicle information which was not disclosed be the saler for some reason.Tucker was insistant we bring my truck to Elk Valley to check the tires and in that time talked to the owner which bent over backwards to fix both problems. And Jeff Tucker is the man we deal with on every return.There is not a better <br> service manager anywhere. Elk Valley Ford is number one . Thanks for <br> all you have done..........Thanks Al

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.
