I wish they would Give an appointment time for routine maintance, like oil chances, that they know how long it takes. The appointment time for check in is useless. That's the only reason o didn't give them 5 stars. Explanations, communications and professionalism is good.

Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident - Markerbryan

Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident repairs of over $7000. Only to discover the new wheels they installed was damaged and leaking air. Photo below clearly show new wheels and no road damage and leaking air bubbles from wheel not tire. Was told would take over a week to get wheel and there are not paying for rental due to new faulty parts. Their manager from that department would not return my phone call and when I called back after said lunch time. He had his employees relay and would not take the call. Will be calling their GM Larry upon his return to office to see if he will accept my call and address this matter. If no response will move this further up the legal process.

We were supposed to meet with a salesman named Jacob on a Ford Expedition but he had to run an errand . Instead we met with a saleslady named Hailey who seemed okay in the beginning. She had the vehicle ready to show us and when we asked about the price and incentives she stated that they just received the car on lot and there were no incentives on the vehicle. They were asking $85k msrp on the vehicle by the way and my husband stated that we saw the same vehicle in Murfreesboro for $80k. Her attitude change from nice to extremely rude and she rudely stated they could not take any money of the vehicle. I for one WILL NOT be returning nor would advise working with this sales lady, Hailey!!!! That was terrible representation of the business and that is not how you politely decline a customer. She definitely does not need to be working in customer service. Long story short we left right after the attitude change and I called to speak to someone which I spoke to another salesperson named Kris who had only been there for 2 weeks. Kris seemed nicer but I would not return to the dealership, I rather continue shopping at another Ford dealership. I have been a long standing loyal Ford customer and have never been treated like this until now .

I hd my car in roughly 4 months ago for losing acceleration. I was promised it would never happen again and if it did it was covered under warrantee. I lost excleration and the wrench came on and then the engine warning light. I immediately contacted the service team and was assured it would be handled. A week went by t=with no effort to contact me or give any sort of update. I finally called and to say the least I raised my voice over the lack of service. Promised it back COM monday. They delivered as promised but charged me 2k saying that a radiator hose had leaked on a sensor and once the fluid evaperated off the system reset. The games that are played to avoid keeping the promise I was given by Jason. Mike was absent in the responsibility to keep the customer informed. So here I am on the road and its happening again in less than a week. Not sure that I would trust them to boil a pot of water!! Adding insult to injury they charge you 3% if you use your credit card.

We went in to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. The sales lady would not answer our questions regarding trade in value but keep trying to run our credit. When I told her I wanted to know what our trade was worth before we were doing anything else she brought another guy out. I assume he was the sales manager. He would not give us any straight answers either. They wanted to run our credit in order to finish the deal. Eventually they did say we were upside down in our trade which we already knew. I responded with we do not have a deal until you tell me how much negative equity we have. He said we did not sell you that car. You were the ones stupid enough to buy it. They were both rude and arrogant to us. We ended up going to another dealer who gave us a very fair trade in value and helped us buy our new 2013 Ford Fusion.

I have never written a review before but my experience at Hunt Ford has changed that. If a ZERO rating were possible that would be how I would have rated my experience of trying to buy a car from this dealership today. After making an appointment and driving almost an hour to the dealership to test drive a 2021 Ford Explorer ST and telling the sales person and his sales manager that my intent was to finance the vehicle through my bank with a $25,000 downpayment there was no problem at that time. I inquired about the $1000 discount Ford was offering but was told it only applies if financed through Ford. I still decided to pay full sticker price for the vehicle. There was a problem with a small scratch on the rear bumper and was told that it would be fixed or replaced. So no problem so far. There was also a problem with my new iPhone 12 not working with the vehicles wireless charger but still not a deal breaker. I told the sales person and sales manager I would like to check out one other dealership and hopefully I would return to purchase the Explorer ST. After I left the dealership I decided to look no further and called to let them no my intention to buy from them. I asked for a purchase offer for my bank and was willing to give them a credit card payment as a good faith deposit and return in the morning to pick up the vehicle. So far so good. Then I got a call back from the sales person and he told me the dealerships owner said they would only sell me the vehicle if I financed through them. Bottom line they were very unprofessional. DO NOT waist your time with this dealership if you expect to be valued as a customer, treated with respect and honesty and you intend to finance through your bank.
