We went to this dealer to buy a used van that was “clean”. When we went to look at it, it was “getting a recall fixed”. Put a deposit down to look at it. Took a 4 days to finally see it. Went to look at it and it had broken screws by the wheels , looked as it front fender had been removed, emblem in front was all scratched. Tried moving the seat up in the middle row and the handle was broke. Both door handles on passenger side looked as if they had been glued back on. Rear bumper had been replaced, screws were missing near wheels as well. We opened the hood and there was nothing holding the hood rod. All the salesman said was “ well not all car are for everyone”. When we left without buying the car it took a week to get our deposit back despite being told we would get a confirmation code that same day. Shady business and not trustworthy in my opinion.

I feel that Ben went beyond just help and helped me located and purchase a new Wrangler. We looked at all the vehicles close to the building, and then went to the back lot, and located one I feel was ideal for me. He spent quite a lot of time and was really patient while I finally located and decided on that vehicle.

DO NOT take your Jeep here for overheating issues. They tried and failed to fix my 2013 jeep wrangler for 4 months. Idiots from top to bottom. I won’t get into the countless lies I was told or the time they didn’t know my Jeep was on their lot for a week. Now I have to find someone else to actually fix my Jeep.
