But, when we came to Great Lakes Hyundai on Billingsley, we had our first truly outstanding experience with Salesperson, Rachel Riggs. Rachel was a breath of fresh air, not pushy, not phony; quite a genuine personability. The evenness of Rachel’s demeanor, and the fact that she really knew her “stuff”when it came to answering our questions about the new car, was what gave us a feeling of calm and that we were dealing with an honest person, as well as confirming that we had come to the right place! So, we quickly took all of these positive signs into account, and moved forward with the purchase of our new Hyundai Tucson on our first visit. We love the new car. When you go to buy a new car, it REALLY does make a difference as to what kind of people you are working with at a dealership.
