Worked with Kelly Murray on the purchase of my new (used) Volkswagen. She was very professional, pleasant and positive throughout the process. I had very specific objectives in mind for my purchase, and she did her best to navigate them to align on a mutually beneficial end result. The finance manager I worked with to finalize the deal with was also the best I've ever worked with - went out and found me a better interest rate despite already having my pre-approval in-hand, was very efficient with the paperwork, explained everything very clearly, very transparent. The general manager was also excellent and made some exceptions in terms of taking down payments via card outside their "standard" rules, which made transaction much smoother. In general, Hall is in need of some modernizing in terms of their dealership/facilities, but that's a minor detail. Happy with how it all worked out, would certainly do business with Kelly and the management at Hall again.

He provided valuable insights and assistance with the SUVs I was interested in, ensuring I made an informed decision. When I checked the carfax on the SUV I bought, I was thrilled to see that it had been taken care of before I got it. It had new brakes, tires, an oil change, and a thorough inspection. That shows Holiday Mazda really wants to give you a car that’s ready to hit the road and they don’t want to charge you extra. The sticker price, including tax and title fees, was exactly what I paid. But the lot I had been to before was going to charge me extra for service I didn’t ask for. They were going to charge a whopping $3,896! But Holiday Mazda didn’t charge me anything extra for the same or even more maintenance and upgrades. They were super fair and transparent with their prices, no hidden fees or crazy markups. The selection of cars at Holiday Mazda was impressive, and the prices were exceptionally reasonable. Unlike other lots I’ve visited, they didn’t have any hidden fees or crazy markups. I highly recommend Holiday Mazda for all your car needs. I’m glad I made the two-hour drive to Fon DuLac!

All employees very nice and helpful. Transaction was a positive experience. Only hiccup was I felt I should have received more for my trade-in. After spending $1,300.00 for bodywork and having the rear bumper straightened, plus another $100.00 for required parts, the $1,000.00 I received for my trade-in was a wash and then some.
