He helped me pick the right vehicles for our family and made sure they were in our budget, it felt like he really cared and listened to my needs! Next we saw Roger in finance, it’s always been my least favorite part of buying a car, but this time Roger changed my mind! From his stories about hunting to making venison bacon I completely forgot I was even buying a new car, well played Roger well played! Lastly Rob came out, he is the boss, the man that runs the show! I was not planning on being a customer; an unexpected mechanical issue nearly derailed my family vacation. Breaking down just outside of Rice Lake I limped into the dealership. I attempted to track rental cars, Ubers, taxis, shuttles, trains and planes to get us to our destination and we appeared to be stuck. Dray, Sean and Carolyn went completely above and beyond to make sure we ended up at the Dells as planned. I cannot express my continuing gratitude towards everyone at Link Motors to get us to where we needed to go.

I bought a truck from swat for 42,000 dollar to find out it was damaged and fixed before I bought it talked with the GM and he said it was my problem I also had the truck in for repairs 5 times in a few months truck only had 30,000 on it and of course got a run around told them the truck was a lemon and I got told not there problem STAY away from these crooks

Short. Tony Clark made it very inconvenient for me by not answering my questions I had about the vehicle. Instead, he advised me to go to their website, and find the picture of the window sticker to look for the answers myself. Customer Service was sadly shown. I was looking forward to buying a vehicle.
