Ross was fantastic. He was genuine and kind. Absolutely not pushy. He did the small things that could have very easily been overlooked and been just fine. My 8-year-old with the fantastic jokes, he laughs. When she sees the popcorn machine but it's empty? He starts popping. But the thing that really got me was at the end of the sale, when he could have just handed me the keys, said thank you and sent me and my daughter on our way. He gets in the vehicle and starts setting up the communication system for me, so it works with my phone. I was really nervous about all that technology, but he took the time to walk me through it and help me make the decisions so by the time I left the parking lot everything was set up, and I understood things. This is someone that is true and cares not only about the sale but the person. Thank you, Ross, for making my car buying experience one that was not stressful.
