We had the most pleasant experience purchasing a car from Bill Wilson earlier this week. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the process seamless for us. He also went above and beyond by listening to our needs and making sure we were able to view and experience each and every car that was of interest...he was extremely patient and never made us feel rushed in our decision making process. Bill knew everything there was to know about the Q7, inside and out. He gave us an in-depth tutorial and we were very appreciative of all of his efforts. Great experience with Bill and the team there.

Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.

Arly and Lainie were so helpful. I live about 45-50 minutes from the city. I was hesitant to go in because of the timing, but they were so efficient and kind - I just couldn’t wait to see this car. They were knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Brett the money man was friendly, patient, and went over all my options. I got a great deal and an even better customer service experience thanks to the folks at this dealership. 10/10 would recommend
