Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

Do not use this dealership, as they will damage your vehicle while assessing it. Took in my 2023 dodge challenger to see about trading it in, while assessing Drew at Pilson Ford drove my vehicle, and parked the vehicle on a parking block, damaging the front bumper, by ripping the front lip off the bumper, and ripping the underguards off the underside of the vehicle. Dealership refuses to help on trade offered 17k for trade when it was booking for 23k. I’m sure because they knew they damaged the vehicle. The “owner” has commented that they wanted an estimate from a body shop, I was denied that by Drew, and told IF I wanted it fixed, I had to take my vehicle back to them. I refused, why would I trust a dealership that’s damaged my vehicle already?

After purchasing several vehicles from this dealership, and working with previous service manager’s Josh Clark is by far the worst I have ever attempted to work with. On one visit I overheard him being rude with another customer on my next visit he refused to even speak with me about my vehicle. I attempted to contact the service department for a week by because I was out of town and only reached an answering machine each time. I left multiple messages and he refused to call me back. As a result of this individual they have lost a good customer and I personally would not recommend them to anyone in the future.

I had my service trucks serviced on 9/16/16. I had the oil / filter change and the fuel filter changed on our diesel, drove less then 100 miles and it burst into flames. What happened? It is a new truck that is completly stock and only been serviced by a dealer.
