Amos and his team in the service department did a great job taking care of my car. He explained the needed maintenance clearly snag they finished the job sooner than expected. U appreciate their friendliness and hard work.

My new Honda Ridgeline seats started to wrinkle and they - Will

My new Honda Ridgeline seats started to wrinkle and they told me it was normal for leather to stretch. I have submitted pictures of other leather seats for Honda Rideline same year. Very disappointed dealership would not go to bat for me with Honda to get seats replaced. Issue has been going on since I bought the truck new last year and still not resolved

I have had two very disappointing experiences with - BirdieJane

I have had two very disappointing experiences with Pinegar Honda in Springfield. First, when I was shopping for a Honda CR-V in 2018, I test-drove a vehicle there and attempted to negotiate the price. Pinegar would not budge at all. I then contacted a Honda dealership in Jefferson City, and they sold me a comparable vehicle for approximately $3,000 less. Because of that experience alone, I decided I would not buy a vehicle from Pinegar Honda. More recently, I paid about $1,200 to have my vehicle’s air conditioning system repaired. Just 13 months later, the air conditioner has stopped working again. When I contacted the dealership, I was told I would need to bring the vehicle back in and pay another diagnostic fee before they would even look into the issue. After spending that much money on a repair that lasted barely over a year, I found that very frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experiences, I have lost confidence in both the dealership’s pricing practices and its service department. I will not be purchasing vehicles from Pinegar Honda again, nor will I be returning for future service work. I cannot recommend this dealership.
