We honestly went there to test drive a specific new vehicle. But our sales person Jason Barrett was professional and personable. Also the finance staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were willing and made all attempts to match any offers we had for our trade and or financing and extended Maintenance and service warranties.

I had been looking at an edge on line and choose to go look at it,(they had it out as a loaner but had another one (different color), the young man that met us in the lot was very polite but I told him I had been exchanging messages with DJ, he went and got him, we drove the Edge liked it and was able to make payments work in our budget. DJ took care of everything (including offering us cold drinks), during the process we found some minor things we asked to have taken care of DJ gave us his word they would be taken care of and he came through with his promise, We hope this to our last vehicle we purchase but even though we may not have a reason to go back to make another purchase. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Bob Allen Ford of Ottawa, Ks and dealing with DJ

I bought a new car in July 2026. They were friendly and helpful when buying. Once i left dealer and had questions i called and had a hard time reaching anyone to talk to. When i reached someone they said they would research and get back to me. No one called me back including my salesman. I tried to call to talk to who owner or ran dealership, left message and no one called me back. I was supposed to get a military rebate . The salesman told me it was $1,000, but was $500. Since i didn't have a trade-in they said i had to go online to apply for it. I did but could not sign in. Contacted rebate program, they tried to help me sign in but couldn't, then they said they couldn't help me so didn't receive rebate. I think the program is a scam.They were not helpful at all. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst dealer i have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to anyone.
