Kaylyn Is my go-to person when it comes to bringing In - jamesrusso1230

Kaylyn Is my go-to person when it comes to bringing In the Nissan Versa in for an oil change and is kind, sweet and caring and polite and extremely respectful and also listens to your needs and when I brought in the versa for its second oil change a gentleman came over and I showed him what appeared to be a scratch and he took some kind of cleaner and rag and it wasn't a scratch it was something that looked like a scratch and it took some pressure with the rag with the cleaner but it was removed was a relief that it wasn't a scratch i give the advisors themselves a 5 star rating for everything I experienced and its a home run on the service team but 3 stars for sales which need to learn a thing or two from service on being respectful and how they treat customers.

Setiki was personable, responsive, helpful, patient and - lc.laurachambers2

Setiki was personable, responsive, helpful, patient and timely, He accommodated our crazy schedules and did not mind working late hours to help get us all we needed while purchasing our vehicle. This was my first time buying a car from CD and it was a great experience.

Brock was very patient in working with another Cadillac - ds

Brock was very patient in working with another Cadillac dealer that we just purchased our used car from. There were several items that were passed off as acceptable under and extensive pre-purchase inspection by the dealership that sold us the vehicle that should have been serviced prior to purchase. The service team at Cable Dahmer was excellent at finding those items and getting them repaired. We reached out to the original selling dealership for approval for them to cover the cost of items not covered under warranty. This required coordination with the selling dealership that Brock was awesome and very patient at doing so being that this added time to what would normally be a very quick turnaround on service. Thank you all very much.
