                                                        I recently purchased a vehicle from Hank's. During the closing of the vehicle, there was a fee of $299. (I believe that it was some form of dealer service fee) I was told during that time that I would receive some form of coupon book that would warranty the tires, include some discounted towing options, etc. I sent two e-mails to my sales representative (Luke Fremin) and received no response. I finally called him to inquire about the coupon book and he said that he would check on this and get back to me. I also mentioned that I had sent two previous e-mails and the response that I received was that they must have gotten caught up in spam. I have purchased numerous vehicles and this $299 fee and the lack of receiving any coupon book and the lack of follow-up by the sales representative after the sale was completed, is absolutely horrible customer service. My recommendation would be to refund my $299 for the fraudulent fee!!! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau today and will also post negative reviews wherever I can to make people aware of the bad experience that I had with Hank's.
