Usually a good experience. But 1) online service reservation didn’t inform service manager of items to be done or question I submitted, 2) online tracking didn’t update status (service was done and tracker said it hadn’t started), 3) I made reservation because I had to wait, but was told it may be 1.5 to 2 hours (why wasn’t reservation time reserved for me), 4) Actually took 3 hours, which is unacceptable for simple oil change and tire rotation.. They had some remodeling going on, and this was first bad experience, but seems like they need to fix their scheduling to not book too many at same time and try to acknowledge their mistakes and try to make things right so I want to return instead of acting like this is normal.
