Whew. Now that I have a minute to relax. That was a very long drive, however, I am so happy I did it. Here is where you get the deets. I am absolutely blown away at the incredible interaction I had at this dealership. I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience! Not even kidding. Negotiations were painless, communication was on point and I was treated respectfully every step along the way! Pablo, my sales person, you won’t find a more honest, upfront and incredibly gracious car salesman. He kept his word and got me the price he and his Sales Manager Steven promised. Then I met Chuck. He is the gentlemen who walked me through all the warranty and “car stuff”. I honestly wish I could go snatch him up and bring him home with me. He and I shared some great conversation in the crazy short time I was there. What an absolute sweetheart he is. Then off to the Finance Manager. Typically, these are the ones who irritate your soul. But not Naaman. Another absolute sweetheart. He took the time to go through every single number and explain every single dollar, without catching even an ounce of irritation. He was so pleasant to work with and talk to. He reminded me so much of my little brother. This industry is a tough one. It’s not normal that every single person you encounter like this makes you walk away feeling not only good about your purchase, but also like you made new friends. I can, with everything in me, recommend Reliance Nissan in Alvin Texas if you’re in the market. I had TWO other dealerships tell me there is no possible way this deal would happen, it would be bait and switch, but I’m here to tell you right here, right now, the deal happened and I am 100% pleased with my experience.
