Awful service from the service desk. Went in for an oil change and also asked them to get a quote with part number for some wires in prices were fraying. It was apart of the cooling system and the wires were right by the oil filter. I even said I would show the tech right where it was. The service lady said the tech couldn’t find it. I told her I would tell her where it was. After looking at the oil change it said all wires for cooling system were checked. I asked if it was something that should have been looked at? The service tech wasn’t sure. I asked if some one would come look so I could show them so I could get a quote so “they” could fix it. The service lady finally got a tech to come look. He said oh they should have caught this when they changed the oil, it’s right next to the filter. He got the part number for the service lady. She took me over to the parts department but none would come to the desk. She said she would get it and text me with the part number and price to fix. A few days went by and still no info. I called back and talked to the service lady. She said she didn’t have the sticky note the number was written on. I asked if I needed to call the parts guy, she said no she would get it….another several days have gone by and still no word. I’m trying to give them a easy $200 and they don’t seem to want it so I will go somewhere else. Awful service!
