I was very pleased with the service from the DuPratt Ford Dixon service members from start to finish. It began when I inquired about a vehicle listed on their website and was rapidly contacted by Daniel. The visit to the dealership was pleasant with no hard-sell techniques, but simply folks who gave me information and made the process of purchasing a car easy and painless. After test driving, selecting a vehicle, and beginning the purchase process with Daniel, I was assisted by Tiffany in Finance who is absolutely wonderful! Hands down, this was my best experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommended!

Fantastic people! - I Fix That

Fantastic people! They are customer service focused and no-pressure sales. I had a very small but difficult issue with my Mach-e and they stayed on the issue until it was fixed. What I found to be fantastic about the dealership is that they just didn't unload a "parts cannon" on the car, but got a technician in from corporate to troubleshoot the module that failed so that in the future, they could quickly solve the problem for the next customer. I'm and engineer, and that shows integrity! Yes, I purchased a second car from them! Oh, and they were the only dealership that isn't marking up the Lightning and the Mach-E.

Great experience purchasing my first electric car. Nobody in the north bay had a Mustang Mach E except Napa had a four Erin answered my call and we met the next morning. Omitted the value on the carfax report. - Not impressed

Omitted the value on the carfax report. Incredibly rude, impatient and pushy. Acted like they did me a big favor meeting the price of a higher end car. Hassled me to pay when I told them it was beyond my control yet started my recover device as though it was a done deal prior to my purchase, also charged more than agreed upon for said device. Told me the sludge/haze on my navigation just “needed to be cleaned” why wouldn’t they?? Because it was in fact a damaged screen. The “warranty” was of no use but it was a fun treat to learn my oil plug is the wrong size, too tight and might crack my oil pan when removed. Nonstop and inappropriate contact until the deal was made, then absolute crickets when confronting them with issues/concerns. Go almost anywhere else.
