They hope people won't notice and they only focus on your desired monthly payment amount. Very unethical way to selling and not disclosing fees. Zero transparency. Do not come here.

5 Visits, No Fix, No Communication I had a very poor experience with the service department at Tracy Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for the same issue and it was never resolved. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication throughout the entire process. Calls consistently went straight to voicemail, messages were not returned, and getting a simple update was extremely difficult. I was told multiple times that I would receive follow-ups from both my advisor and management, but those calls never came. At one point, I was even told I would get an update while the advisor was present in the background, yet no one ever followed up. It also became concerning during my visits that there was a lack of consistent technical understanding of the issue. Based on what I was told directly by workers in the shop, most of the training is done through in-house or online programs, with very limited formal training. Given that my issue remained unresolved after multiple visits, this did not inspire confidence. After multiple unsuccessful repair attempts and no resolution, I had to contact GM directly. GM could not get a hold of anyone at Tracy Chevrolet and grew frustrated as well due to the repeated failures to fix the issue. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no resolution after multiple visits. I would not recommend Tracy Chevrolet for service.

Brandon the sales manager is a very mean, disrespectful and unrealiable perosn. I was in talk with him and John via my cell phone which starts from (312) Chicago #, because we never changed since we moved to California 3 years back. He called me and questioned me why I was using 312 phone #, instead of CA area code. I told him all our friends knew this nubmer for years so we decided to keep. I also tried to provide my office phone # which starts with 626 but he didnt listen. He ended up the call saying "I would pass on this opportunity and please Never call us back, because I don't believe what you said that you are buying for your family. I think you are exporting to other country". I am so furious on this and felt so much insulted. We looked all around in LA, San Diego, Thousand Oaks area, but cannot find a vehicle matches our need: R350 Bluetech, non-black interior, 7-seat, parktronic. And they have one and I called them. Never thought I would be treated like this. It is so unfair and I cannot believe this is how they treated a customer like this. Never go to this dealer, especially this Brandon guy!!!
