We bought 3 cars from Lithia Honda in the last few years - Doc Wild

We bought 3 cars from Lithia Honda in the last few years and I would gladly buy another from them. Allen Johnson and his crew in service are amazing, They handled a very difficult service issue with ease and covered all the costs. Allen couldn't have been more accommodating or professional. Dealing with Lithia Honda's service department is a pleasure and probably the best experience I have had with any dealer.

I purchased my Honda CRV through Kendall Honda here in Eugene. I wanted to say that Ian Jarvis in the service department is extremely helpful and professional. I went in to have my vehicle serviced and he explained everything to me thoroughly and how often I should come in and why. Great customer service. - Satisfied customer

Great customer service. Sunwest takes great care of my car and since I live out of town I had a list of things for them to look at. Great piece of mind to know my car is well taken care of. I trust them for future services even though they are quite a ways from home. Just love the exceptional customer service and the care.

No stress purchase. Respect, respect. - Rhonda Smith

I purchased a used Honda Accord from Honda World in Coos Bay Oregon. Robert "Bob" Taylor was my salesperson. Bob listened to my needs and treated me with respect. I knew what I wanted, Bob did not attempt to sway me one way or the other. Bob was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Sales Manager, Dan Messener created a very comfortable atmosphere during the paperwork and making sure the service needs that were requested were appropriate and included in the transaction. The whole process took less then one hour. Mike Sullivan in the service department was great to work with. Mike explained what was done during the safety inspection. I felt assured that I would be driving a safe, reliable car. I must say that this was a very easy transaction. I feel great about the experience. Would I recommend Honda World in Coos Bay Oregon to my friends, YOU BETCHA I WOULD. Rhonda Smith
