My husband and I found a car we wanted to test drive on the huge lot at Mike Murphy Ford in Morton. They have so many car to choose from. So, we called and set up an appt. to test drive. When we arrived at the dealership the car was sitting out front running with the AC on waiting for us. We took our time driving around even stopped to check the car out thoroughly. When we got back to the dealership Anthony was very pleasant and there was no high pressure sales tactic used. We wanted time to think about our decision and Anthony had no problem with that. He let us know that he was off the next day but to let him know if we had any questions. The next day we called the dealership and asked if we could drive the car over night and they said sure come in they would have it ready. Come to find out Anthony himself went in on his day off to put gas in the car and have it ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. We drive the car around that evening and the next morning we had made our decision to buy the car. So, here goes the part we hate the most about buying a vehicle, the all day negotiation and finances. I was dreading it. Turned out not to be the case. We told Anthony where we wanted to be and he made it happen. Off to Finance we went and we actually had a pleasant experience. Todd is the best finance guy around to work with. We had the deal done, financed and on our way home with our new car in 3 hours. What an unexpected car buying experience. What a great sales team Mike Murphy has in Morton. Oh yeah, both day at the dealership Mike Murphy, himself, came over and greeted us, thanked us for stopping in and offered us something to drink. Now that doesn’t happen very often any more, the owner, himself is in the business greeting customer and is there until 8p at night with his sales team. First of all they don’t try and rip you off in today’s market place. So many dealers are adding market value costs to new vehicles just because they can making you pay over sticker. This dealership doesn’ market place. So many dealers are adding market value costs to new vehicles just because they can making you pay over sticker. This dealership doesn’t do that you pay what the sticker says you pay. Having my own financing they didn’t try to pressure me into using their lenders again very much appreciated. Every vehicle I’ve ever bought I’ve removed the dealerships sticker off the vehicle as soon as I got it home. Since this dealership was so stand up with me I will be leaving their name on there so others can know where to buy their next Ford. More

My first encounter was with the nicest salesman named Mr. Anthony Davis. Talked for a few minutes, pulled truck around, plates on and down the road for a test drive. Started paperwork and out with a beautiful truck in a couple hours. Mr. Davis was polite, always check if I needed refreshments and very professional. All the staff that walked by said hello or asked if I had been helped. Smooth process all the way around. Curt in finance explained all my options and we chatted a bit. He wasn’t pushy and let me decide what was best for me (I’ve been pushed or treated horribly in finance offices at other dealerships). I would not hesitate to refer or purchase from this dealership again! A+ in my book. More
